Pharmacy didn’t have the RSV vaccine in stock despite allowing us to make an appointment. They did not call ahead to indicate the vaccine was not in stock, which is just terrible customer service. Don’t go here. They are incompetent if they can’t figure out how to notify patients that they no longer have a vaccine in stock despite allowing appointments. Awful. Normally Publix is such a great experience but this one is terrible.

The pharmacist is fantastic helpful informative and even after a little begging removed a splinter I couldn't remove for days every time I go there the staff is fantastic !

Rudest pharmacy tech I have ever spoke with. I understand they have policies set in place but it takes nothing to explain those policies in a kind manner and not treat the person like they are trash for asking a simple question. I’ve called 12 other pharmacies with this SAME question and I have been met with compassion, support and advice. I feel so bad for all the people who have to deal with this lady to get their medications. Shame on this pharmacy, and shame on this lady who represents this pharmacy, please hire better.

I went to Publix Pharmacy at Haynes Bridge Villagefor a Moderna booster this afternoon . Lucy, the pharmacist, was very kind and friendly. After I made an appointment a few days ago, she called me to confirm missing part of personal information even though I didn't understand the requirements very well and missed one call! Thanks for Lucy's enthusiasm and assistance! Also, it was very efficient to get the Covid vaccine at Publix Pharmacy! Just make an appointment and fill out the the form on the website. You do not need to fill out paper form at pharmacy again. All are paperless. Great Pharmacy.

Lately this particular location has become a disappointment and particularly when it comes to delivering an order. 2nd time in a row I've placed an order for groceries to be delivered and the delivery time is scheduled and then needs to be delayed. Guess will need to start ordering at 10:00am in the morning or going on my own.
