Deli employee today was horrible. Very bad Attitude and GRUMPY..She doesn't deserve to work in such a great store. She is a bad apple and will affect others. Sad because I love shopping here and am a regular to only this store. This is the 2nd time she's helped me and was rude to me and unpleasant. She said her name was Nancy but I think she lied when I asked her her name. (She knew she wasn't nice to me).. if I get her again I will ask for someone else or get a manager.

Deli lady was very rude for no reason, refused to add another side to my plate and said it was only supposed to come with one side. Many other times I’ve gotten a plate and know it’s supposed to come with 2 sides. She finally gave me my second side with a horrible attitude and never gave me my bun or utensils. I picked up pop corn chicken on my way out , and found a giant feather in my cup. ITS NASTY and unsanitary. Publix deli needs to do better. My previous experiences have been great but this last one was among the worst ones.
