I have been working out with David for over a year and have never been so in shape! He really knows how to push you to places you never thought you could go and takes a personal approach while doing it. His before and after pictures are truly amazing and speak for themselves! Trainer David is the BEST! His program reduced my cholesterol level so I was able to get off of and stay off of cholesterol medication. The workout is great and he adapts the training to your personal needs. Truly a one-of-a-kind Personal Trainer! A true find in Johns Creek/North Fulton. Your results will be a reflection of your effort -- but the work definitely pays off with positive results. His program for training kids as well is inspiring and beneficial to the kids. David, I cannot believe the changes I have seen in my body over the past year since training with you at Results Unlimited! It is hard to believe that after having two kids and looking the way I previously looked, I now am able to fit in a dress I wore when I was 17 and in high school!! I am so happy with the weight I have lost, the muscle I have gained, the toned overall appearance that I have never had before, and the better eating and lifestyle habits that I now have; all thanks to you! I feel great and have so much more energy! It is amazing to see myself in the mirror now and to look at the huge transformation that took place in less than a year's time. There is no way that I could have made this progress without you as my trainer. After years of no exercise, a bad diet, and 2 kids – I put 25 extra pounds onto my 5' frame by age 38. My cholesterol (241)/triglycerides (172) were high – to the point of needing medication. I spent the next 4 years trying to lose weight, but finally realized I couldn't keep it off on my own. It was an easy choice to train with David at Results, as he had trained my son for over a year and transformed him. He walked into Results a 13-year-old with some extra weight that left him uncomfortable with his body/self image. Within 6 months, he not only got into great shape, but he had a whole new confidence. Over the next six months, with David's guidance on cardio, weight training, and nutrition, I lost 18lbs. Now, I not only feel trimmer, but I am fit and healthy. My cholesterol (198)/triglycerides (98) went down, and I stand straighter and walk taller. When asked when I will be done training with David, I explain that this is a lifestyle change. I want to live a long, healthy life and that cannot happen if I don't continue down this path. As for my son, he is not only learning early in life the value of exercise, but he's learning to become more mature. David has taught him the importance of holding the door open for others, carrying a lady's bags, and what it means to be polite – helping to contribute in making him a man that we are all proud of.

Results Unlimited Family Fitness is TRULY ALL THAT and MORE! My husband and I joined the Results Family in July of 2012. Since then, our lives and our health have changed for the better. We are focused on a healthy, natural lifestyle change that David is helping us accomplish. Results Unlimited is not just an ordinary, every-day gym.... it is our home. Along with building a better body we build a better mind, we meet with other members and friends, we encourage each other to accomplish our goals and to work hard. It's physical, it's therapy, it's fun, it's hard work, it gets RESULTS and IT IS THE BEST!!!
