    THE WORST BANK EXPERIENCE EVER. I signed my signature once, she sent it back and said it doesn’t look good. I re sign over it to make the lines connect she sends me a new one and say do it over. ?????? What the world.

    Branch Manager does not know how to communicate properly with individuals what so ever. Saw her begin conversations with current/future customers while waiting and her tone was not good. Would not recommend this location or banking with Truist at all. Truist operates as if it just started banking services. Cannot wait to... read full comment
