“Goodwill in Johns Creek is a solid stop if you’re hunting deals. We found quality clothing at a fraction of retail, and the racks were worth taking the time to dig through.
If you’re a reseller or “flipper,” this is a spot to keep on your rotation. There’s enough turnover and variety to make it worth the search.
Store was organized, easy to navigate, and the visit felt efficient.
Bottom line: Good selection, strong value, and definitely worth a stop if you know what to look for.”

“I love making the trip out to this shop once in awhile. Such a great mission behind it, involved in the community and staffed by friendly volunteers. The prices are amazing for the quality of items, which includes clothing, shoes, accessories, household goods, collectibles and more (although like in any thrift store you have to be prepared to spend a lot of time looking!). The consistent seasonal rotation of stock keeps things feeling fresh. They also have a newsletter you can sign up for that is really helpful for keeping up with the various specials they run. Sometimes everything is half off for example, or you can fill up a whole bag for x$ or like today I spun a wheel and got a 20% discount.
Good to know: they are not open every day so be sure and check the hours, and be aware there is a whole other part of the shop upstairs you have to go outside and around to access, with clearance items and bigger things like furniture.”

Not to mention, you can find some great clothing and household items in the store. “***MY FIRST ADOPTION EXPERIENCE!!!***
So I was feeling lonely because I live alone again. My estranged husband had a tabby and he loved me very much. I missed him so much and I missed living with a cat. So I looked up the nearest adoption agency. This place was the nearest one towards me. I was looking for a red tabby but none was in stock. I was told I had to put in an application. I was bit frustrated and this was my first time adopting. I prepared much as I could for my new cat. Getting toys food etc. I spoke the nice lady at the front desk that if I put in an application today, I could be seen for an interview. So, I quickly put in an application and I was seen by JP. The interview was interesting to say at least. He acted like I was gonna cook him ? I assured him that my cat will be in good hands. He will Have his own bedroom and bathroom! He will be living better than most Humans! After the interview, I was approved to look at a cat Or two kittens. The kittens were camping, but I knew I just could not have to catch us at the same time. So I found an adult tabby that was so sweet and has ember eyes. I got the playroom started to warm up to me. I knew I found my kitty! I chose him. I felt bad for the little guy because he only been at the shelter for three hours. And to go to a new home the very same day must be overwhelming for him. After my paperwork and my photograph with my new cat, leaving a gratuity, I finally was able take him home! Thank you to the vet for giving him his meds ( Gina I think if I got the name wrong I’m so sorry) I couldn’t be more happier taking home my very first Adopted animal! Elijah Ember Poore is loving his new bed and bathroom!! I’m slowly getting him used to his place. THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL YOU DO!!”

“I was looking for a food bank. The front door was locked. I pressed a button and communicated with staff through an intercom. A staff person brought me helpful information and she was very nice. Thank you!”
“This Goodwill is hit or miss. Sometimes I leave empty-handed. The prices are still reasonable, and this location hasn’t been hit with the major price hikes yet. However, they also tend to have the worst furniture and the most boring items. Maybe it’s the neighborhood or the type of donations they get.
I’ve never seen a piece of furniture at this location that made my heart drop because it wouldn’t fit in my truck. You know the feeling I’m talking about — when you don’t even need the furniture, but you want it anyway because it’s just that beautiful. I haven’t come across anything like that here. Most of the time, I’m just trying to figure out whether the stains on the furniture are human-made or juice… then walking away.
The employees can have a slight attitude with people. I’ve seen it firsthand, though I’ve never experienced it myself. I carry myself with decorum and don’t invite the kind of energy that gets that response.
Overall, it’s a good location, but not a great one.”

“Definitely call before you come by because I came by at 2 and it was closed. Probably because they were full. No sign on the door with explanation, just the guy who runs the donation center shaking his head "no" at me. Also they don't take larger items like bed frames, you are better off taking those straight to the Riverside store or posting them on a marketplace type app.”
“Was there today with my son we always come we were by the shoes I saw a worker putting shoes on display asked her with respect and kindness can we look in the bin she said no rude as heck so we were waiting for her np then she says rudely I will wait till u r finish shopping like all we did was ask her a question with respect she lost respect I spend money there good to know that 1 bad seed just makes me and my friends go to another goodwill I like this location she has to go without the buyers she has no job teach her some respect today Monday we were thereat about 12:30 1:00 all employees i came across were wonderful except her”

“This was our first visit. The store was very large and has a ton of variety. As thrift stores go, this was a mega thrift store. So much to choose from. I book and movie section was almost overwhelming with the amount of selection. With so much it would be nice if it was organized a little better, I.e. by author and genre. Our only other negative was that as thrift stores go, their prices were a good bit higher that most we have visited.”

The guys approached very quickly when I parked the car, so if you want to save time while donating the stuff I would recommend to do the drop off at this location.”
“Their selection of clothes rivals that of Goodwill, but Park Avenue usually has better prices especially if you take advantage of the various sales. The employees also have offered exceptional service for a store selling used goods.”

You can find gems in here you do need to come often to find great things but they’re constantly offering discounts so it’s worth it, very well arranged its easy to find your size and style, they recently added locks and mirrors to their dressing rooms so that adds another star for me!”
