I'm in line at this TJMAX , literally the line out to the men department only three cashiers. Two staff at jewelry department just standing there with no guest. Help me understand the leadership here. Tjmax pls do better 😔

Usually come here for the clothes and kitchen stuff. It's a discount store, so they kinda get last dibs before goodwill and some others. But that's to be expected. I like to save money and shop here instead of designer-named stores. There's no way I'm gonna go spend $99 on a new polo when TJ Maxx sells decent polos for a fraction of the price. The staff is nice at this location and it's a clean store. Never had any issues shopping here.

I love this store where you can find a variety of brand name clothing at super affordable prices weekly!!! And other kitchen, bathroom and furniture products. I am a super fan, I must admit that the first times I went I was very overwhelmed by searching among so many hangers. It is definitely worth it but you can easily spend more than two hours looking for something you like

Worse TJMaxx as far as customer service. I waited 10 minutes for a price check simply because the cashier's calls went unanswered for so long. There was no help or support for her and it just took so long. The people were there, they just weren't helping her. Meanwhile I'm just standing here.
