Best UPS STORE. Excellent customer service provided. Gave me ideas which I had not thought of and saved a bunch by making some changes to my printed brochures, banners and other printed items. Very honest and friendly. Jay is really good.

These people have always been so nice and we have used them for years. They just charged me $3 to print a label. On regular paper…. He acted like it was above his head, but he owns the store. Just ridiculous. I have given them so much business over the years to be nickel and dimed is just garbage. Won’t be back there.

Horrible customer service. Unhelpful and extremely unprofessional and rude. Not understanding, judgemental and made super unprofessional comments toward me. I never leave reviews good or bad but the way I was treated was unacceptable. This is directed specifically at the man who works there.
