I would like to add another 5-star review for Jay's and Namita's UPS store on Douglas Rd in Alpharetta. They were able to take a 2'x3' wall poster that I bought on a vacation and turn it into a 3-panel, continuous view canvas wall hanging. They were very patient to let me tinker with the color shading and size, and the final product looks perfect. I didn't know that some UPS stores even have this capability until I saw some samples in their store. There seems to be so much more that they can do besides mailing packages and accepting Amazon returns. Great, friendly and skilled service.

Don't know how the young lady measured the shipping box. I measured 9x6x3 and she put in 10x6x4. Tried to figure out why the shipping fee was more expensive than what I found online. The owner just said it's what it is. Came home and noticed the dimensions in the printed label and understood why it's more expensive. It may be unintentional, but I did say that the box is 9x6x3 when she did her measurements. Always liked the family run place. What happened is disappointing.

I quickly stop bye this office to drop off an Amazon package. The item was in its box and properly tapped. The owner stated an additional poly bag would need to be placed on top in order to be ship.This seemed inaccurate.So,I went up the road to 1595 Peachtree Pkwy with the exact same package.It was accepted with no problem. This place seems a bit sketchy. I’m not sure what the motivation was ( me buying the poly bag there) but it was a waste of my time.

Very personal, caring service. They help me make the right decisions for my small business. Great prices, super helpful. Great place to have a mailbox, get printing, etc. I recommend!!

Jay and his team are fantastic. We have partnered with him every year for our charity golf tournament and I have recently had him knock out 4 signs for me. His communication, follow up, and sense of urgency is what sets him a part. Also they are all very friendly at his store and have a great service based attitude. Thanks Jay!

Sweetest family who runs this UPS Store. Husband/wife team who are so friendly and helpful. You never feel like you are bothering them and they are always happy. Another thing they do is they always give a printed receipt, even when you drop off! I live closer to another UPS store that I don't go to bc they refuse to give me receipts when I drop off, they always say "just take a picture."Love this UPS Store and am a customer for life!

The lady at the front was so nice and quick to assist me. It's really convenient because my job is not too far from it and places are normally closed when I get off. I will definitely use again.

They print everything in house, have a quick turnaround time and really care about getting your order right. In addition to shipping, they print banners and yard signs.

There are probably 3 or 4 other UPS stores nearby, but I choose to go to this one because I get excellent customer service every time.

Amazing people !! The family here is always so helpful and will go out of their way to find creative ways to solve your concerns at a very reasonable cost. This is my stop for all office/signs/shipping needs.
