Closed on Sunday is so inconvenient given so many of us work during the week. I really rely on being able to pick up scripts on the weekend and assumed they’d be open today and they are not. Luckily not an emergency but that is ridiculous

In this store the pharmacist do not do their jobs. The pharmacist was extremely rude, didn't listen to people, only talked about her own things, and there was no way to communicate. The medicine could have been dispensed to the customer in 10 minutes, but I don't know why it took an hour to get the medicine. I thought it was the kind that required the pharmacist to dispense the dosage h herself, but it turned out to be the finished medicine in the original packaging. It took an hour to find it and give it to the customer. The efficiency is too low. Originally, because it was closer to this store, it was more convenient, but I won't go there again. I will choose a pharmacy ,pharmacist with a good attitude, even if it is farther away.

They are on par with other pharmacies in the area. Sharing their hours for reference (as of Feb 2025).

I have used Walgreens brand heating pads and had very good luck with them. Unfortunately, the last one I purchased stopped working after less than a month. The store manager, Diana, was so courteous and helpful. I was able to replace the defective one, and I was in and out within 10 minutes! I thank you Walgreens, and so does mine and my husband's sciatica.

Be careful going to this location after dark. Half the lights along the building/parking spots are out. And the parking areas across from the building are completely dark. It’s a safety hazard for so many reasons. There’s no excuse for the parking to be so dark.

Wow. Pharmacist do not do their jobs. Say that prescriptions are ready when they are not and do not call or communicate anything with you.

This was our go-to pharmacy for many, many years until they weren’t there for us during the snow storm in January 2025. When we drove by, there was staff at all the retail places around them such as TJ Maxx, Ross, Starbucks, the gym, etc. but no pharmacists at Walgreens for over 2 days when we desperately needed medicine. We are now going to a new pharmacy much more reliable.

Messed up my recent two prescriptions in the last two weeks. Insurance declined the claim since this place reported the wrong ID. A $4.40 medication became $50 so I have to call the insurance and asked them to reach out the pharmacy. They gave me two item A instead of A+B so I have to go back to do the replacement.

Clean store but severely disorganized. Store recovery in the cosmetics section was beyond poor especially with many items being marked as clearance but not ringing up as such at the register. Poor customer service when the issue was not mine, but theirs. Take your business elsewhere.

Ordered a photo frame. Woman working photos was rude off the jump. Then, the order was wrong and she acted like it was the largest inconvenience to fix it. So she had another employee that was working the front register do it while she sat on her phone. Photo and frame were nice though. Service was laughably bad.

My wife and I have experienced various very satisfied services from many great people, but today we have to say that Maryam in Walgreen Johns Creek Crossing store is the best we have ever seen! We have been feeling happy the whole day after her help this morning.
We need to use our OTC card balance before the end of this month, so we went to Walgreen store to buy some supplementals. This is the first time we have used this card, so we didn’t know how to find the items we need yet OTC eligible. During our check-out more than half of the items were not accepted. Maryam not only explained to us how to know if an item is OTC eligible, but also went to the shelf to show us item by item, and counting the balance while we re-select the balance again. When we did check out again, some items marked OTC eligible on Walgreen label we rejected by insurance company. Maryam suggested we call our insurance company. She helped us to explain to the insurance company in detail. Maryam then checked the expiration date of each item and found one of them would expire in next April. She went back to the shelf to find another one with a longer expiration date. We even did not realize to check that!
The re-check-out showing that some items were rejected again. We were afraid to waste her time by making change again, but Maryam encouraged us to try again. Her eyes had been showing sincerity all the time. It’s common sense that good people can help customers one or two times, but how about 3, 4 or 5 in a row? Maryam did that! She was even more patient than us! We deeply appreciated her help. We believe that her service should be a role model for all of us. Thank you from our deep heart Maryam!

One of the evening shift managers named Pavan always has the worst attitude. He acts like dealing with customers in any way is a major inconvenience.
