“This was my third visit. The first time was for a trunk window replacement, and they recommended a good company. The second time was for a taillight replacement, which they did for free. Today, my car suddenly wouldn't start, so they came to the CVS parking lot, checked it, jump-started it, and watched me drive to the shop. They tightened the connection, which was loose, and fixed it for free. I had an ongoing problem for months that I had been trying to fix elsewhere, but they diagnosed and fixed it all at once. “We have been coming here about once a month to have to air pressure checked. The tire sensor is broken and the weather had me worried. Then finally my tires were just getting trashed and needed new ones. The bad alignment just was hard on them. But I had paid for an alignment somewhere else with tires from another place. Learn from my mistake!!! Go here 1st.
We are a special needs family and it was good place to be with our kids that have Autism. I had my walker and the 10 years old kid needed her wagon. There was plenty of room to be while we waited for the tires.

The repair was completed a couple of days early, and I was impressed with the paint match, the quality of the repair, and the constant communication throughout the process. My car was returned cleaner than when I dropped it off. This location was recommended by my insurance, but I would go back to them if needed for future body work.”

“I went there to get air in my tires when I realized they were low, and the guy found I had a nail in one of my tires (explains why it was low!) He quickly communicated with his team members and was able to immediately service and patch my tires. I was in and out with in 30 minutes which was great, because I was in a bit of a time crunch! Thanks for outstanding customer service. Also, while waiting inside other customers came in and the staff were attentive and friendly. It was really nice to see! Thank you.”
