I absolutely love this store. Ashley, Alexis, and Cecil are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I tend to go in looking for recommendations and they always provide me with what I'm looking for. Great selection, decent prices, great customer service, and lots of big sales.

I bought a vape from this store that ended up being defective. Apparently you're supposed to try them in the store before you leave. This was never mentioned. There was a 2 hour gap between buying the vape and returning it. They refused to exchange the vape or return my money. I'm never going here again.

I will never give this store my business ever again. I’ve been going to xhale city for a good five years. Have bought multiple mods. Tons of juice. Today they sold me juice and when I went to fill up my tank it exploded on me. So I go back to the store looking for an exchange with my pants clearly soaked in vape juice they would not do an exchange when clearly the bottle exploded. So yea I will no longer be giving xhale city my business because they clearly don’t give two shots about their repeat customer.

NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE AT THIS LOCATION! I love Xhale City but I always have issues trying to get them to answer! So now I’m calling other vape stores trying to locate a certain vape!

I used to go there multiple times a week but they sold me the freeze version of the juice I wanted and I should have known to check after their employees but I didn’t. They wouldn’t give me the one I intended to buy. My fault as well but typically a good business will make things right. Its a good thing Cloud 9 is 500ft away. Significantly better customer service. I was going to buy a new mod today as well if they had just done the right thing. Oh well.
