Love Aaron's, the staff at the Riverdale office are great. The manager, Johnathan, is an easy-going person and extremely helpful.

I'm only giving 2 stars because of the young lady that answered the phone and did her best to help.I had a payment come out today as scheduled and I have one more payment scheduled for Sunday. While I was at work my neighbors said Aaron's showed up, parked behind the trees, snuck through their yard, then started banging on the door like they were the cops. I called the store for them to tell me they've been charging me wrong and I'm behind on payments. The manager refused to talk to me and was telling the girl who answered wha to say to me. This is the third time Aaron's has tried to say I was behind on payments when I wasn't.

If i could give this place zero stars i bet your bottom i would. I will NEVER, EVER NEVER NEVER come back to a aarons or this location again. First day due they calling you, at first i never missed a payment. First time i was running late i contacted them to let them know, the lady was rude i think her name is tara. Then they told me to give my card over phone for an arrangement. Worst mistake because right after that someone tried to charge on my account. Second time i was having issues i told them that i didnt feel comfortable giving my card over phone but could they make the arrangement in the system and i would pay 3 days later.same girl got smart and refused me to speak to a supervisor. Then the next day someone came banging on my door like the police. Luckily i wasnt home because you would have heard my mouth. Its no point in calling if all they going to do is threaten and get smart. So now if i need an extension you wont hear from me at all and i will pay when i can. Its so unprofessional. Its sad because you would think its their own personal furniture. Thank goodness i only owe 300 more and i am done. My washer and dryer

I have a refrigerator that seems to be defective I went food shopping brought ifood with the last money I had to feed my family. I unplugged the refrigerator to go be it a good cleaning yet when I plugged it back in it Won't keep the temperature setting. I called Aaron's for a walk through as to how to properly set the temperature being that they didn't give me the booklet with instructions. They couldn't walk me through and told me they can't send someone out to fix it until tomorrow!. In other words the food I have goes bad and the ice cream is now mush. The only thing I was told is I'm SORRY? THIS IS BAD BUSINESS TO THE MAXIMUM. Yet let a payment be late ?

They can take your money online but they can't refund you electronically. You will have to go into the store just to get a refund and for people who work alot like I do, it's an Inconvenience at it's best. If I had time, I wouldn't be online ?
