Debari was amazing. The store is very blessed to have him. His demeanor is calm. He’s very professional and even with a line of customers waiting on his help to test batteries and help outside with their cars. He was able to handle The stress and he did a great job explaining in detail What I needed help with. In the end, I had nothing wrong with my car, but the service he gave restored my hope in true customer service

I’m at this location right now
and it is 8:47 when I arrived and the lady told me the store was closed. I ask her what time do they close and she said 9, I said “it’s not 9” and she said”we closed.” I will be calling the store manager in the morning and writing the corporate offices.

When we walked in there was an angry customer who was being really weird& mean towards the employee, Luis. He handled it very well & proceeded to help us with a great attitude after the rude customer stormed off. He helped us out with a battery issue and got us a new battery in no time! I definitely recommend advance auto parts, ask for Luis to be taken well care of. Thanks man!
