“I had an excellent experience with Fender Bender's. As a family-owned business, they provided professionalism, honesty, and exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. The repair work on my vehicle's door and fender exceeded my expectations, restoring it to like-new condition with outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail. Although the repairs took a little longer than expected due to the extent of the damage, Anthony kept me informed and remained transparent and committed to doing the job right. His integrity, expertise, responsiveness, and dedication made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Thanks to their quality workmanship and outstanding service, what began as an unfortunate accident became a positive experience. I highly recommend Fender Bender's to anyone seeking honest, reliable, and high-quality vehicle repairs.”

“Over 6k worth of repairs, the primary issues were resolved to brand new, some of the secondary issues were fixed but not completely, the biggest issue. MY CAR IS FLOODED WITH ANTS. These ants were 100% not in my car at all, once I picked it up after being there for 3 weeks, at minimum 50 ants all around my car every single moment. This is not professional to have cars drive off the lot with an invasive bug problem. Pest control your facility for crying out loud.”

“Five stars aren't enough! This O'Reilly Auto Parts location is truly exceptional, and it's all down to the fantastic team. First, the entire store was incredibly clean and well-organized. It's clear that Store Manager Amber runs a fantastic operation, as the professionalism and positive atmosphere are visible everywhere. More importantly, I need to recognize Jacob, who provided some of the best customer service I've ever received. I came in struggling to correctly diagnose a complex issue with my car, and Jacob took the time—patiently and knowledgeably—to help me figure out the problem. His expertise was invaluable and saved me a potentially expensive trip to the mechanic. Thanks to Amber's leadership and Jacob's technical help, O'Reilly has earned a loyal customer. If you need parts or, more importantly, expert advice, this is the place to go”

“My brand new Jeep, not even two months old, was involved in a minor accident. I brought it to this location, and Kevin was very helpful—he quickly completed the estimate and sent everything over to the insurance company. They even offered to give me a ride to the rental car location to pick up my rental, which I really appreciated. Although the repairs were minor, they were completed even quicker than expected. Great communication and service throughout the process, and everyone was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this location.”
