“My wife and I went into this branch to deposit some money and greeted immediately by a young lady at the front entrance! We told her while we in there that we wanted too add my wife to the account so she took my information and asked us too have a seat until the next available person was able to get to us! It was about 30 minutes before we was helped but they were very busy so I thought that it would take longer. We was seen by a young lady named Nikki and she has top management qualities and was very knowledgeable about the questions we gad! This young lady is a great asset to your company make sure she is recognized for her professionalism she gave us a great impression of what customer service looks like because it is really rare to find people who enjoy doing the job they are paid to do and represent their employers well! “I came on a tuesday Morning right when they opened. Only had to wait about 5 minutes. Mr. Alias came & greeted me with the upmost respect. He noticed I had a slight cough & was overheating in my hood so he gave me his last mint & cough drop all while powering on his personal fan & turning it my way. He got me in & out in under 5 minutes also (but who’s counting? ME). Which made me feel as though he was considerate of my time. Mr. Alias is the most compassionate & swiftest bank associate i have ever encountered. As long as he is working at this Navy Federal this will be my go to.”

“I like Navy Federal credit Union professional phone people. I don't like when they get busy in an automated service sucks but talking to the real people they're really nice understanding and suggest some products if you're trying to improve your credit especially if you want a credit card that gives you rewards back I had a representative I had it represented to to suggest changing my car to another card that would give me rewards and so forth it is working I've had $20 to put towards my credit card for what I've been spending so give them a try.”

“Been here on multiple occasions and it is definitely one of the busiest branches I've ever been to (Miami, Tampa, Orlando, elsewhere). On payday Friday it is chaos, for sure. But I've been recently (2024) on a non-payday Friday and other days of the week, and was received helpfully by the receptionist. My wait was sometimes minutes (like any bank teller service), or a reasonable 15 or 20 minutes for more personal paperwork related matters (notary signature or the like). Always, always treated with respect. But then, I'm not a jerk and I approach even difficult matters with patience and good manners.”

He took his time to help me navigate through the website and to set up my payments after unfortnate events happenedwith my debit card, he was so kind that he took my payment by phone and waive the fee because he understood what happened with my card and so I wouldn't feel so frazzled.
