It has never taken me less than an hour to pick up medication. I have my family at home and I dread having to come here every month and watch the incompetent, uncaring faces of everyone in the pharmacy. Im not even mad anymore, just tired and sad that I have to wait so long to get something I need.

I spoke with Kendra in the pharmacy at CVS over the phone, and she was an absolute breath of fresh air. So kind, personable, and patient—she made what could’ve been a stressful call feel easy and pleasant. It’s rare to come across genuine customer service these days, especially over the phone, but Kendra truly stands out. Her professionalism and warmth were appreciated more than she probably knows. CVS is lucky to have someone like her!

I'm on drive thru since 5 30pm until 6 30pm and they haven't finished the white car front of me yet.

I recently started doing in store pickup and When I tell you these lady’s be on it less then 3-5 minutes my order be ready to pick. Everyone so nice and friendly.. Thanks for making this easy lady’s and keep up the good work..

CVS will always be my first choice in pharmaceutical services.
Kimberly was very good with her service. She went above and beyond the Call of Duty and pointed out to me the specific things that could be done so that I could get my discount.
I was so happy that she did. It made my order complete.
I will always count on CVS for great service.

The comment that I want to say they got a very nice personality and very nice how they talk to their customers I like the pharmacy doctor he is very nice very pleasant and he have a lot of patience and he makes time to hear what you got to say and his name is Mr Peterson and he is very sweet and I would like when y'all go to him bring him cuz he'll treat you back with the utmost respect have a very nice day take care and that's at CVS.

I am a young black man entering CVS when an old black lady with a yellow/blonde wig accused me of shoplifting a month ago when I was in Louisiana. I asked her to rewind the footage and she didn't.

I’ve been sitting in drive thru for almost 30 minutes. Not sure why the line is always this long, management needs to work on better customer service, the line is out to hwy 138, this is ridiculous.
