Why are Employees standing at the register checking people out talking about they personal business and cursing. This is so unprofessional ... they don't even have the decency stop when guest come to the register.... please teach these children respect and customer service because this isn't it

We went inside to get some items but first wanted to ask if Western Union was at this location. When going inside, we stood at the register while two employees, Latoya was one of them want their own purchases. Literally standing there one front of her for 5 minutes Latoya failed to acknowledge us until I asked what happened. She then mentioned she’ll be with us in a few. I told her she could’ve done that earlier but instead decided that her own purchases were more important. Terrible customer service, expect more of terrible service if you come here

I'm new to this area and was looking for a Dollar General. I found this store is close to where I live. I encountered the most warm welcome by the asst. mgr.Bob. Bob helped me to find items that I couldn't locate in the store. He went about and beyond the call of duty to assist me. This store is the cleanest I have ever been in to shop at. Merchandise was all on the shelves neat. Nothing on the floors the entire store was clean

Came in at 9:45 last night and a lady behind the cash register who said her name was Anna was sitting on something and watching videos on her phone super loud. Had to ask where to find a couple things and she literally pointed to an area near the back of the store, i asked if she could show me and she said, just walk to the dollar area. Thankfully a gentleman who was stocking the store was kind enough to help me out.. he was so kind. Came time to do the check out...had a couple small bags of chips and she was literally throwing them into a bag.. so rude. Sorry to inconvience you to do you job and stop you from watching your videos. Her Customer service was a real shame!!

I sent my child and her friend to the store and the cashier (black female with a red hat on) overcharged them on 3/18/23. I went back and showed her my receipt and she starts telling me that my child doesn’t know how to use the credit card and shut down their system. She said she saw the charge and still left the charge for $18 for one six pack of cherry coke. She proceeded to yell at me and thought she was in the right. Well I’ll have you know I don’t think so. The disrespect I received from the male/female was unacceptable. She had the never to tell me not to come back. I will come back whenever I please. She doesn’t own the store nor has she been working there for more than a couple of weeks. This store should monitor who they hire and stop hiring people who think they run the entire store and steal from their customers.
