“I wanted to leave a positive review about the customer service today I received from Shekira the cahier at the Jonesboro location here on Walt Stephens Rd. She greeted me along with all customers entering or exiting the store. She had a smiled on her face and a pleasant and helpful attitude. She is definitely to be recognized and appreciated for her excellent customer service.”
“New staff there. They are much more professional than previous staff. Great customer service with a smile which can make a person's day. However, I can't say the same for the older woman who is mainly restocking on the floor. She has a look on her face that says, leave me alone; get out of my face. I get it that she has to restock and may need to concentrate. However, you have to be know how to multitask in the retail business. In speaking to other customers in line, I'm not the only customer who has taken notice.”
“Went in yesterday to get essentials and the customer ahead of me had two bags of Lays chips. The cashier said the chips are buy two get 2 free. Guess what? She had me at free!!!!!”

There were no dirty tables. The floo was freshly vacuumed. Service was with a smile, and all the staff spoke at our entry and our departure.”

Bob helped me to find items that I couldn't locate in the store. He went about and beyond the call of duty to assist me. This store is the cleanest I have ever been in to shop at. Merchandise was all on the shelves neat. Nothing on the floors the entire store was clean”
“Can't beat DG. They are one of the few that still have items that only cost $1. And they have quite a good selection. I prefer to shop at the DG Forest parkway. It's much closer to where I live. But I'll shop at any Dollar general”
