I wanted to leave a positive review about the customer service today I received from Shekira the cahier at the Jonesboro location here on Walt Stephens Rd. She greeted me along with all customers entering or exiting the store. She had a smiled on her face and a pleasant and helpful attitude. She is definitely to be recognized and appreciated for her excellent customer service.

The store was fine
The cashier was a racist ,she spoke to everyone that she checked out except for me. I made it a point to smile at her and say hello. She heard me too.
,She didn't respond and when I thanked her after she rang me up.
She looked at the person behind me and talked to them. Maybe it's cause I am white.

I gave four stars cause they have the old store hours up and it can be misleading. I thought this specific store closed at 9 and they close at 10pm like the others. They keep the old sign up even though I told them how misleading it is cause the store parking lot be empty at 9pm. I guess that want that extra hr break lol idk and I don’t blame them.
However, besides that I don’t have any issues here I only go to dollar tree stores for glass ware , the cases of geyser water cause it’s 6 liters for $5 and the candles cause they always have a variety.

Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience – Attention Needed
Dear [Manager/Customer Service],
I have always appreciated shopping at your store because it is well-stocked and offers great deals. Unfortunately, my most recent experience left me very disappointed due to the customer service I received.
The cashier, Shalise, did not greet us or speak with us during checkout. My 8-year-old autistic grandson even tried to engage her in conversation, and she completely ignored him. This was not only discourteous but also disheartening for him. I told him not to try to talk to her anymore because her behavior was rude and wrong.
I later had to return to the store because I forgot bread, and I encountered the same dismissive behavior from the same cashier. This repeated experience shows a lack of basic courtesy and professionalism.
I am requesting that this issue be addressed. Respectful customer service is just as important as having good products and deals. Shoppers, especially children, deserve to feel acknowledged and respected.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see improvements on my future visits.

Getting like other dollar trees, a complete mess aisle full of product. Can't use a cart for running into product. Plenty of rooms on the shelves though
