Just Don't,I had my car sent to this collision center back on November 16, 2023. I wanted my brand-new car to go to a certified collision center to make sure the work was up to snuff. My car is an Infiniti so there was only this place on the Southside of town that met those criteria. I almost sent it to Nalley in Cobb County just off these negative reviews alone. I should have stuck with my first mind and sent it to Cobb County.I would like to say the staff that you talk to were always pleasant and easy to deal with. However, the delays, the lack of follow up and lack of accountability made this a miserable 3-month process. Overall, the repair and the quality of the work seem fine, but there is no way in the world it should have taken as long as it did to repair my car. I am convinced other cars were put Infront of my repair, but I cannot prove that.My 2024 car was hit by a deer and even after having my car for 3 whole months, when receiving it for pick up the detailer couldn't be bothered with removing the deer hair out of my rims and tires. When I inquired about it, I was told I would have to take the car and have the tires unmounted from the wheels to properly remove the hair. Ultimately, it wasn't anything a pair of tweezers couldn't take care of.Again, great people in the front office, however I'm not sure where the disconnect with the front office and body shop staff is happening. Was told multiple times about different dates my car would be ready over a 3-month period. Went as far as just showing up one day at the shop to just see my car sitting outside, disassembled with the windows rolled down and on a cloudy day with dust all over my brand-new interior. This after being told it should be ready 2 weeks earlier. All to find out they ordered the wrong part for my car, No one bothered to order the correct part or had any initiative to do anything about it. Honestly if I hadn't showed up that day, I am convinced my car would have still been sitting in that shop even as I write this.Take these reviews seriously! I try to take everything in life with a grain of salt attitude and try not to determine how I feel about a person of situation on someone else's opinion. I tried to filter the reviews to decipher what where legitimate concerns vs those people who just like to gripe about something. I am a very chilled person and like to give people the opportunity to do right by me. I am understanding and patient, but this experience here.................nope, never again!

If you are about integrity, getting your car done in any reasonable amount of time, or truth from a collision center on the status of your vehicle and the work that's been done on it, go elsewhere.We have had the customer service personnel use expletives in his text messages with us, and I had a technician walk out of a conversation with me in anger while I was expressing my valid concerns over the delays, color mismatches/quality of work, and lies that were told to us about the work that had been done to date. The front office blames the back; the back shop blames the front office for poor schedule. It's a disaster.For 9 days, we were promised that our vehicle, which required a bumper color match (which they failed to do the first time), would be complete each day. My husband and I personally had to take time from work to go to the shop, only to find a disorganized shop that had no schedule or plan to deliver the car. We also learned that the work that was supposedly done on it had not been done.This was one of the most disastrous experiences I've had with any vehicle service provider.

If you are expecting you car back in a couple weeks or even a month do not go here. They will hold your car for months like 4 or 5 and lie to you continuously this place needs better customer service and to move quicker and in a timely manner!

Absolutely blown away by customer service at Crash Champions Collision Repair. It was amazing. I came in to get a quote on repairs and worked with Casey.I was taken care of super fast and repairs completed better than expected. I would recommend to all my friends and family!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! If we could give 0 stars we would. The customer service is terrible and the manager doesn’t care about accommodating his customers. They don’t communicate to provide updates on the vehicle. Truck was not properly reassembled. Vehicle sat for a month being untouched and when I was advised to pick up the vehicle it wasn’t properly detailed and they knew reassembly wasn’t complete. I repeat STAY AWAY!!!!

WARNING! STAY AWAY! AVOID THIS HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COSTS! HEED SHANNON JONES' REVIEW!I want to share my experiences, and I sincerely hope this feedback is taken with the utmost seriousness. My car repair ordeal at this place has been an absolute nightmare. My vehicle has been stranded at this repair shop since July, and the frustration is beyond belief.As of October 23rd, my husband and I were left in the dark with zero updates. When we reached out to the establishment, we were informed that State Farm had forked out $6335.14 but couldn't green-light $1300 in repairs due to pricing discrepancies. That alone is infuriating, but what's worse is that the repairs hadn't even started. They were supposedly waiting for an approval, but how can I approve something if they don't bother communicating with me? Come September 1st, and it's absolute silence – no calls, no emails, no texts. This level of service is downright unacceptable, and my frustration knows no bounds.If you're contemplating bringing your car here or your insurance has forced you into this mess, exercise extreme caution. It appears this company is drowning in chaos and may be putting new business ahead of current customers.12/3/23 - UPDATE*sigh* I was promised my Tesla would be ready in November, but when I finally called on 12/1 for an update, they claimed they were detailing it. After pressing and speaking with Casey, the bombshell dropped – they were waiting for another State Farm payment, this time a whopping $9,458.32. How in the world do you jump from $6,372.16 to a mind-boggling total of $14,830.38?I AM DISGUSTED, INFURIATED, INCENSED, and I will shout it from the rooftops – AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! NEVER, EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RECOMMEND THEM!Be warned that State Farm is refusing to cover the labor rate charged by Tesla Certified shops, and this could leave you stuck with a significant portion of the repair bill.12-13-23 - My vehicle is still MIA, and not a single update has graced me from the abysmal Crash Champions.

Clue is in the name! Absolute champs! I've seen some dreadful quality work from many different body shops, this shop not only has OEM quality repairs that look like the vehicle has only just left the showroom their prices are pretty reasonable for the quality of work too!Even if I move out of state I'll most likely be taking my vehicles here! Highly recommended!

Crash Champions took my car after I hit a deer. Steven informed me that this location only uses OEM parts and they are not able to use after market parts. When questioned, I was informed this specific location has special certifications that only allow them to use dealer parts. He was extremely professional through the whole process. My car was taken care of and exceeded my expectations. Miss Frances always happily answered my phone calls and directed my questions appropriately. I’ve unfortunately hit many deer and this was by far my best experience! Top quality compared to surrounding body shops.Service: Body & Trim

Casey was insanely helpful! Was able to jump up give an appropriate estimate and explained the repairs to me. He was even able to go above and beyond by squeezing my car in on site and getting it fixed within the hour. While I hope I don’t have to come back this would be the first place I come to!
