I’ve been coming here for years and all of a sudden. The quality has just stopped. It’s so unacceptable to leave Customers clothes with multiple grease stains that wasn’t there when they brought you their clothes. Now nobody answers the phone. I will not be going here anymore but best believe I’ll will be there tomorrow morning and someone will explain to me why my clothes are this way. IF YOU DONT WANT TO CLEAN PEOPLE STUFF PROPERLY GET OUT OF THE CLEANERS BUSINESSServices: Laundry wash & fold

Unless you want your clothes lost or misplaced I wouldn’t do business here. Before in the past they lost my shirt but found it 30 minutes later. I didn’t make a big deal because I’ve been coming here for years and it’s close to my house, very convenient. Here recently I took 14 items and only got 13 back. Didn’t realize until I got home I was missing a hoodie. I called at first and they made it seem as if I was being dishonest why I would lie about that I have no idea. They said they would call me it’s been a week I have yet to receive any call. At least to even say hey we can’t find it our apologies. Luckily it wasn’t one of my pieces of clothing that I can’t get back or replace so it’s not a huge lost wasn’t very expensive like most my clothing. A phone call would have been nice It’s the principle though lack of communication/bad customer service. Very disappointed now I have to go out my way to find a new cleaners.Service: Alterations

I actually held this cleaners in high regards but they've dropped the ball for the last time with me. Placing my clothes in the hands of individuals whom create burn marks,place creases when I asked for NO CREASES, not ready when said,haven't applied starch when paid for. I've brought my clothes back to have fixed 3 separate times. I'm done with this headache. Willing to spend my money elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS IF YOU NEED EFFICIENT, ACCURATE AND CONVENIENT SERVICE. YOU WILL NOT BE TREATED WITH RESPECT IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUESNOT A QUALITY CLEANERSFirst off, the biggest issue of everything was as I was leaving on 12/30/20 the owner Tony mumbled to the older lady employee that he hopes I get covid. The older lady employee laughed but when I turned around to respond Tony tried to cover it up with a Merry Christmas to you... This was in response to me asking for a refund after my poor service experience12/24/20, I dropped off 10 items. No crease/No starch and showed the young lady the stains that needed to be cleaned on each item. She said no problem, we can do it. 1 pair of brand new black jeans, 1 authentic Jordan bulls jersey, 1 button up shirt and 7 suit blazers for pick-up on 12/29/201. On 12/29/20, I came to pickup. Non of the items were cleaned as expected. I took 5 items that were okay and left the 5 items that were unacceptable. STILL PAID IN FULL BECAUSE I BELIEVE IN GIVING GRACE. The young lady said to come back 12/30/20 TO PICKUP while the owner Tony is there BEFORE 1 PM because he does the cleaning and can compensate for any issuesA. Jeans had an imprint on both legs from the heat press that looked like when you burn your clothes with an iron. They were starched heavy with crease lines on the sides and seared looking pockets.B. 1 Black suit blazer had a button missingC. All 3 blazers still had the exact stains on them2. On 12/30/20, I came at 12:30pm TO PICK UP, the young lady asked can I come back in 1 hour because 3 items were finishing in the press, she had forgot about the missing button so I would. I could not due to a service appointment I had to be home from 1-5 pm. When I received them they still were unacceptable but the bulls jersey was okayA. The black jean pants were better but pockets were still searedB. All 3 suit blazers still had some of the same stains on themC. The black suit blazer still had the missing buttonThe older lady just kept staring me down as if I was wrong for wanted my clothes done right and mumbling in another languageWhen Tony came to me, he immediately blew me off to go deal with a car that was being delivered to them by a tow truck.When he finally got back to me about 12:45pm. He looked at the stains, seen the missing button, the seared pockets and told me you got it on a special service price, plus you should have come after 5pm thats why they are not ready.I explained how I paid for a service that was not provided in time nor quality, after coming twice, waiting inconveniently yet patiently, still receiving poor cleaning, customer service and no compensation. I asked for a refund, discount or something for my time, treatment and inconvenience. He said wait for me to get your clothes clean and put a button on it. I told him that I needed to leave to make it home for 1pm. He ignored me and started doing it anyway. I waitedHe tried to put a mixmatch button. I had to ask him to put matching buttons. He did. Not sure how long they'll last but heyHe cleaned off most of the spots which made me not understand even more why it didn't get done at first. There were still stains after he was done but I just took my loss.As I was leaving that is when Tony said to the older lady that I hopeyou get covid amd ahe laughed. It took my integrity for me not to respond how I could have and even wanted to. I made it out without responding from the disrespect.Go at your own risk, I will not return and I hope to prevent any other people from suffering from there poor standard of service. You get what you pay for so it's on me and it will be on you if you still go

This is a horrible place to take your clothes. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after the 3rd time I had to write a review. My clothes have stains that they did not have before and when I specifically ask for certain areas to be focused on, the staff, who barely speaks English, does not perform well. Absolute disaster!!
