Horrible place to do your laundry clothes always wet still after you done plenty of money in dryer it always stank in there no tv no ac always plenty of homeless people inside of here can’t do laundry in peace cause they always walking up to you asking for money 💰 achol cigarettes and etc . Also management very rude they invest all this money into this place and yet to clean it up smh 🤦🏽♀️

It’s like a 3rd world country in this laundromat. The bathroom doors don’t close or lock properly and women that use them are subject to being humiliated when people walk in on them. Also, no toilet paper or anything to dry your hands with so it’s basically a bacteria and virus incubator. Import the third world, become the 3rd world. It’s so sad watching this happen to all of the USA.

The washer I was using water wasn’t coming out. I asked for help and this man came trying to tell me water is coming out clearly it’s not enough water in it. Didn’t offer to give me my money back or nothing at all. Poor customer service.

Had homeless folks in there sleeping. Bathroom smelt like piss no running water in the male bathroom. Floors was disgusting folks leaving their clothes in the washer and dryer over night

Aweful customer service. I was accused of trying to dry my clothes for free. When the dryer did not dry clothes after one dollar was spent by me. She put in twenty five cents to show me that it worked. It didn't keep heating. It stopped and my clothes still were not dry. She was long gone. She said that she had just came in to clock out and i needed to wait until tomorrow. Is that what we do now things now, ride the clock. She called me called a liar. Then she said, on the way out as if she couldn't say it to my face, "you don't get your clothes dried free lady." I went back the next day to get the owners name and number. I was refused. The Attendant said that he didn't speak English well. Who is telling the truth then? He argued with me in perfect English. His word, "Lady you are a liar". " The dryer works perfectly." After much debate, he gave me seventy-five cents back. I had actually spent one dollar and she spent a quarter to no avail. Just be aware of their aweful customer service and possible bad washers and dryers. Watch out for the fake language barrier. Some foreign people use that excuse all the time to run you off. They know English. Especially if they have a business.
