Heavens Gateway Ministries is a great place with good people, operating as an outreach ministry. It facilitates a weekly Food Bank for communities in over five counties, both at its facility and through other Food Pantry partners. The process involves registering online, checking in at the suite, and receiving food from a white trailer at the back of the building. While it can be a little confusing and takes a while, it is worth it. Many find it a true blessing, with visitors leaving happier and more blessed than when they arrived. The ministry never disappoints, providing efficient service where families can receive help in about an hour. They also host an international back-to-school and health fair, an annual toys for tots drive, and help dislocated families with affordable household items to restart their lives. The staff and volunteers work hard to help others, showing diligent effort and restraint. They definitely deserve appreciation for their service to the community. A simple smile and positive attitude can make their days go much smoother. The ministry is always in need of more volunteers to support its valuable work.
