Steve Parker (who will cut you off numerous times to try to assert himself) knows there's issue with zelle. They no longer have it in the app however, the assistant branch manager who is also very rude told me to use the zelle app. I did a zelle transaction on 08/14 it didn't register I'm my account or show up at all. On 8/15 I did another and it showed in my account right away but, then later showed pending. The one from 8/14 didn't post until 8/16. Causing me to have two fees. I have never had that issue until 8/14. I was told by customer service who is also very rude. that my transaction was posted on 8/14 but didn't show on my account. Steve said as a courtesyhe will give one fee back instead of the two. I guess that's something to celebrate even though it should be two. I'm over this bank. I know it won't matter however, I will be closing my account.

Bank is trash they closed my account because I used cash app to send money now I haven’t received the money that was direct deposited into my account it’s been weeks go to a real bank don’t use these guys

I have been a customer of Heritage Bank for several years now, and I have consistently been impressed by the high level of service and attention to detail provided by the staff. The online banking platform is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to manage my accounts and conduct transactions. The bank also offers a wide range of competitively-priced financial products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Heritage Bank and would highly recommend it to others.

Poor customer service. You have to jump through hoops to get anything reversed. If a customer is using you for service you should be more than willing to help and be understanding. The employees in low ranks and in high ranks speak to you condescendingly as if you did something wrong. Additionally, this bank is less than willing to help you. I do not recommend this place. If you bank anywhere bank with a credit union. Banks are supposed to help the customer not cause problems for the customer. Every experience I have with any credit union is with mutual respect. From my understanding this bank is transforming into a credit union. Mind you while they may be changing into a credit union it still means the people who work for them are the same people who are providing the customer service and they lack customer service. This is a money hungry bank.

Very good business to business bank. Nice staff easy to work with. With other big name banks always being closed inside I still get the personal experience like it is supposed to be at this bank.

I used to love this bank, but there have been many issues in the last couple of years that have me reevaluating my relationship with this bank... Most recently, I made a mobile deposit on 11/14, and on the same day I received an email that they had record of my deposit. Fast forward to today (11/23), and they still haven't credited the funds to my account. When I asked them if they had lost my deposit, I was told that of course they didn't lose it... They just "couldn't see it yet." I was assured that it should it be deposited in my account within 5 days. Here we are on the 7th business day and still no deposit. Very frustrating!

Wow is all I can say. I work with David Crow and his team. Jennifer Brown and David GO above and beyond to make it easy. I am a complicated customer with many things in motion. It does not bother them at all. They just continue to provide the best options, very competitive rates all with a smile. If you have not seen how heritage takes care of there customers. Your missing out. They don't just get to know your account number. They get to know you, your business to make sure all your needs are taken care of.. Thanks Heritage for being my #1!!

If your looking for a terrible bank here you go. No return calls you have to literally hunt someone down for loan information or assistance. Worst banking experience ever switching accounts now and am so glad I don’t have to deal with these jokers again. Don’t open an account with them they are outdated and the service is terrible!!!

Horrible bank people are nice but 7 business days to cash a check and then charges me nf funds now I have late fees me. Not everyone is made of money and even though I don't have alot of money I will take my business else where

I've been banking with them since the mid 80's, and whether I go to the Jonesboro, Forest Park, or McDonough branch, they recognize me and treat me like extended family. Always helpful customer service!
