“I started shopping around for our business liability insurance around 9am. I called five other insurance providers , at least, and needed our coverage to be active within the next few days. Another insurance agency located in Jonesboro actually laughed and said there is no way it could go through underwriting in less then a week ( although we have been in business 8 years I already knew that was not true).
