“I started shopping around for our business liability insurance around 9am. I called five other insurance providers , at least, and needed our coverage to be active within the next few days. Another insurance agency located in Jonesboro actually laughed and said there is no way it could go through underwriting in less then a week ( although we have been in business 8 years I already knew that was not true). After a long day of calls and repeating information I got in touch with Falcon around 4pm. I spoke with Grandassa who had an email out to me within in minutes, got back to me in no more then 30 minutes with a great rate and had us covered first thing in the morning. Even as quick as she worked she still paid very close attention to detail to make sure we were covered properly. I would have saved myself a lot of frustration and time if I had called Falcon first!
