I seen Willie Townsend at this location. She really helped out last year after I ended up owing the Irs, she told me exactly what I had to do for next year so I wouldn't owe and actually get something back, and it worked! Finally getting a refund this year after having to pay the irs the last 5 years.

Mrs. Tracy was THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! She most definitely informative with my situation. She was patient and very helpful when filling my taxes! She definitely got me were I need to be and this year refund was definitely more than I even expected so I WILL be coming back next year and I encourage everyone to come and book your appointment with her!! Just back from this office. Entered with 2 years of unfiled tax-filing dread, anxiety and procrastination... Seen by Ms. T. Webb; whose calm, reassuring, professional & competentdemeanor, methodically, made sense and order of my collection of (tax gibberish) documents...Left 90 minutes later with a tremendous burden lifted from my shoulders!
