I work near by this Kroger and I stopped in yesterday to pick up some fresh fruit and a veggie tray for staff at the office. First there were no grocery carts available and this is at noon and there is only a few cars in the parking lot so they don't have carts. The second thing is the fruit is right there at the door and the first couple bags of apples I picked up were spoiled. This store is very unclean and I was very disappointed that my community Kroger grocery store was in that type of shape. When we talk about quality food disparities and options in the community this is a perfect example. Kroger needs to be ashamed of themselves for having a Store in this condition. I left the store without buying anything I was appalled at what I saw.

This location has gone downhill and looks awful outside, never clean or pressure wash the concrete entrance, windows dirty murky looking, overall below standards of Kroger. Horrible customer service, rude lady at service desk for returns, nasty disposition, came off on me about how I handled her a receipt, a true ghetto bird. I promised myself to never go again, but went back another day, asked person in produce area for help; he had ugly response, totally unprofessional. This store is horrible, I can't make this stuff up! Management needs to step up hiring practices, conduct customer care workshops. Praying for Kroger @ 8059 Tara Blvd.

There are NEVER any shopping carts at the entrance so you always have to go hunt one down and after you find one you risk the chance of having it stolen with your groceries in it. Also last time I was there I saw chicken that was not vacuum sealed because they probably left it out for too long and still had it on the shelves to sell. Disgusting. Workers are semi helpful so I would not put all the blame on them. It is a management issue. This is why Publix is superior!!

I bring in my own bags and was SHOCKED to when Ms. Trenice at your Tara Blvd advised that when using my own bags she could not bag my purchase and pushed the bags towards me.

sadly what several people have said is true. often times empty shelves. The only staff that speaks are the cashiers. today I had a half a buggy full and only self and less than 15 items were staffed. finally someone opened a regular cash register. I think it may have been a manager. That was around noon today.

Some aisles you couldn't go down bc of carts and boxes. There were quite a few aisles with soaked floors from the roof leaking while it rained. Seemed unsafe. Active dripping
