The fuel prices are good. My only issue is online it says they have a restroom at the gas station. When you go there you see a door where the restroom is but you will be told to go inside the store over a 100yrs away. This restroom is for employees only. So now I mostly go up the street to QuickTrip same price. I can use restroom there. Same thing at Wal-Mart Murray gas station down the street.

Spencer and Yolanda are completely horrible at their position. I made a mistake and forgot to pump my gas, completely my fault as I was rushing home for an emergency. However when I return to the station, explain what had happened and provide my receipt. Not only did they disregard me and act like they couldn't help me. They laughed in my face and told me I pumped my gas. I asked if they could pull the tapes for the day, they denied and said they wouldn't be able to. Which I know is a lie as Spencer is a manager and able to pull tapes if needed.

Kroger gas is great, but for some reason the one at 10375 Tara Blvd. gives me and other customers an issue paying at the pump. You can have $25, $50, $100, or , $1,000 in your account and it will randomly stop at an unacceptable amount. Often, it would stop at $2.33, but today it stopped at $11.67. When we’re in a rush, we as customers don’t have time or want to be bothered with this as a regular issue. I’ve seen other customers complain about this as well. I’ve NEVER had this issue at any other Kroger location for gas.

I've stood, waitinng 1.5 hours to file an incident report about bad gas at the Kroger 10375 Tara blvd The Assistant manager on duty has better things to do in the back then help me after I have been patiently waiting. If I was acting a fool then I'm sure I would've gotten help. My van is in the shop the day after filing up at Kroger. The mechanic called and stated it was the last place I got gas. I need Kroger to fix my car.
