Wonderful employees. Especially Ms Octavia. The ladies that bring my pick up order to the car are just wonderful as well. All employees are always helpful and smile while assisting. Pretty clean, well stocked and nice produce, sales are great and lines move fast. What more could you ask for?

The Kroger on Tara Boulevard in Jonesboro, I will never ever shop there again. I was harassed and bullied and wrongfully accused because people wanted to flex their powers. I was embarrassed and humiliated in front of the store. I’ve had guests and associates coming to my aid and now their store manager calls with nonsense. Nobody wants to take responsibility please be aware of this location when you go into the store and you leave, make sure you have your receipt on you at all times that you don’t get tackled and embarrassed and accused when you leave out the store

I arrived at 10:55 and I just had to get some eye drops for my son. And a worker named Tiffany told me the hours that are posted online are for security purposes. I just got off of work and my son has an eye condition and I needed to get things taken care of for him. So I guess Kroger isn’t the place to go when they display customer satisfaction the eye drops where literally right by the front checkout. I will never visit this location again. I included a picture of this worker at the Tara blvd Kroger next to planet fitness. Extremely unprofessional and very inconsiderate of others for medical needs.

Trying to get a peach pass for tolls. First Kroger I went to had none, acted like they never heard of it - even though peach pass customer service said they are listed as number one in my area as selling passes. Called another Kroger was put on hold then no one ever came back. Tried to call store back, just rings no one picking up.
