“Left my iPad on the back of my vehicle and it was completely smashed. Being that it was Labor Day weekend, I had no idea what I was going to do. I had been visiting for the weekend and needed a fix ASAP. Found Mrfixitthetech and contacted Isaiah. He was very kind and helpful. He let us know the cost, time it would take, and stayed in contact with us. He called to inform us he did not have the black screen, but had the white version, and let us decide if we wanted to move forward with the replacement. I didn’t mind, as I just wanted it to be in working order again, and did not want to purchase a new iPad. Great communication, same day repair, and amazing care with my device. Thanks, Isaiah! 😁”
