Breaking: The two employees there had no customer service skills at all. I am a long time customer and have to deal with inept employees who don't have any customer service skills or any knowledge about cars. They could barely use the computers. Customers are important. I'm going to another store

Only two women working here and they can’t even open the key fobs to change the battery for me. Smh. Definitely don’t recommend this place if they can’t even help the customer. Better take your business somewhere else!

Today is Tuesday 09/12/23. Store hours are 730am to 9pm. The sign says open, but the doors are always locked at a certain time before closing. I needed gas for a vehicle and needed a gas can.

Is your standard auto parts place. Most of the time they have what you're looking for. On occasion, they may not and may have to order it. Usually you don't have to wait very long for service.

I love O’Reilly’s! Not only do they have some of the best and knowledgeable workers, they go out of their way to help you with solutions. When Mavis wanted to charge me $400 to do my breaks and rotors, Cindy the manager at the O’Reilly’s on Tara Blvd said that I should see if my rotors are able to be turned first. She recommended a guy that was able to do it right away. Turns out, I didn’t even need rotors. Thank you Cindy! You just saved me $340!
