Called in at 11 am and was told it was 2 cars ahead of me and to come at 3 pm . I arrive at 2:50 and was told it was 6 cars ahead of me and to come back tomorrow. Thanks for wasting my time .

The manager on duty when I arrived just seemed so disinterested & ready to leave. Noticed this on the last visit also. The other manager (Darius) who came in later was very good & Rufus does excellent work every time he has repaired my tires.

Sent here by enterprise to replace a windshield wiper and they told me it would take an hour there was 0 customers in the place the guy said they got to send the request over the internet and get it approved. I don’t know what kind of internet they got, but if you value time stay away

If I could give this NO stars I would have.Went in for oil change.Left drove down half a mile check engine light comes on.Called store immediately afterwards,they closed for the day .Next day call was told to bring my vehicle back to get check out.Arrived there was told the cost would be 99.00 for a diagnostic check.Are you kidding me I have a warranty with BMW why would I pay Pep Boys 99.00 while my light wasn’t on prior to coming there.I asked could they check just to make sure oil cap and filter is in place.I was told no because that alone wouldn’t make the check engine light come on.I would have to pay 99.00 to find out what’s wrong.Yall is what’s wrong nothing was wrong with my car.I was told to wait until the manager got back from lunch I sat there for over an hour only to find out the so call manger Antonio had started to work on his friend car and didn’t even take the time to come out and speak to me .We he did he lied about not being available .Therefore if you want your check engine light to come on or extra things to go wrong with your car while receiving their service this is the place for you if not go elsewhere.Meanwhile I take my car to BMW and the repositioned the oil cap and light goes off.This costed me a day of missed work dealing with PEP BOYS CLAYTON COUNTY and unfortunately I’m a card holder .

Took a week just for diagnostics. Tried to lie about waiting for warranty, while warranty said they hadn’t even contacted them yet. Admitted no one at shop were able to use diagnostics machine, and had to bring someone in from another location.

Straight trash this place will have you ready to catch a case I took my car in for no lights was told it’s a headlight switch 513$ my lights still didn’t work then was told the switch was going bad anyway and was told it’s a wiring issue if so then why not refund me the 513 because I had to go elsewhere and get it fix but I’m seeking legal assistance and best believe I’m getting mines they over charge and do sorry work then talk to you like you dumb stay away they had my car 5 days to not know wth they doing now if you a female you might get ok service but you gone be taxed I seen it I give it a negative 5 star if I could they will be changing management again soon you would think they wanna do right by the community but no and that’s a dangerous thing people work hard for they money and don’t wanna be taken for a fool

Terrible communication, they tell you when your car will be ready but when it's time to pick it up it's not ready. Nothing but excuses, had to call for updates just to be told it was ready when it was not.

Team did not explain the online info & i had to request the inspection findings. Instead of informing me that that information was online I had to get out of my car, in the rain, to get a print out.
