I was truly disappointed. I knew by the phone conversation, the store caterd to young folks, but I'm already irritated because you are not going through my items in front of me. I've already counted my items beforehand, and written down a description, just in case things go left. But out of 30 items, you only take 5 and you tell me, "we're not supposed to or don't usually (i forgot which)tell you what we took!!" That makes no sense!! Why in the stone hill wouldn't you tell someone what you took out their own stuff?? Please make that make sense! The associate saw I was a bit irritated, and decided to show me the items they chose. I got $19 and some change. Wow! Don't get me wrong; I was blessed that I received something. The struggle is real, but It makes more sense to show the seller what you purchased & why, so they can know the types of clothes young folks are into. I'm not young; I don't specialize in their style!! I just thought they were into being half naked...Lol.Meanwhile, I noticed what your items were priced at in your store. Yes, I think it is wiser to shop there, but selling to you, won't happen again. First & second impressions are lasting ones for me.I did call another store and talked with them before my visit. The lady was very nice and had really great customer service skills. She told me that we show you what we take and why. I never revealed it to this store. The only reason I didn't go there is because no one would ever answer the phone ?. Therefore, someone didn't get the same memo. With me, everyone needs to be on one accord. Please make things make sense to the seller.I almost forgot, the first time I visited the store, I had an hour wait. Unfortunately, I had things to do; therefore, I left. This time, I only had a 30 minute wait. That was a bit better for me.

If you bring anything more than 2 pieces of clothing, they will not look through your things. Waited an hour for them to “go through” my clothes, came back & picked up my clothes to find everything was still in the bag the same way I packed it.

I came in with items that still were tagged and other clothes that i’ve never worn and they took it for 10 minutes, didn’t move a single piece of clothing around. (i know because there in the same order i stacked them) and then refused my service. don’t waste your time coming to store of lazy employees.

They are a rip-off. Go there only if you are desperate. I'd rather give my garments to goodwill for free. Don't know what system they use to determine the price but it's cheap.

Came to this location because it was close to my school. Before I even was greeted they told me the buy team closed at 5. It doesn’t say any of this on the website and they didn’t answer the phone should have listen to the reviews before coming here

All the workers at the buy counter were pleasant and efficient! It’s the only Plato’s I’ve dropped off at in the ATL area that had my clothes back to me in under an hour. Obviously, Plato’s is not the place to go if you’re looking to turn big profit on your used clothing, but I received a respectable amount in exchange for clothes I would have otherwise donated. Will be happy to return!

I counted atleast 5 employees and NOT ONE greeted me upon entry, 10:40 am even AFTER making direct eye contact! I walked out after a brief skim through the store.

Bad attitude, slow and detail deficient service and shelving, and vibe like every customer inside the store is a threat or a bother.

FIRST TIME EVERY TAKING CLOTHES THERE TO SELL, ALWAYS JUST WENT TO SHOP. I TOOK SOME CLOTHES OF MY FATHER WHO PASSED AWAY LAST YEAR. THE CLOTHES I TOOK ALL HAD TAGS ON THEM AND HAD NEVER BEEN WORN. 1 JACKET BLK/WHT. A THICK COAT, 3 JEANS, 3 SHIRT. THEY OFFERED ME $33.51. I ASKED THE PERSON WHO WAS ASSISTING THE NEW PERSON HELPING ME HOW DO THEY COME UP WITH THE PRICING. SHE USE THE LEATHER BLK/WHT JACKET AS AN EX. STATING PC SALES THE COAT FOR $30 THEY GAVE ME $7 FOR IT. THE CRAZY PART IS I EXCEPTED IT BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT TO KEEP HOLDING ON TO THE MEMORIES, I USUALLY GO TO SALVATION ARMY AND WAS PASSING DECIDED TO TRY IT A DIFFERENT WAY. NEVER AGAIN. GETTING OVER. YOU MIGHT AS WELL HAVE A YARD SELL. YOU CAN SELL A $30 FOR $20.
