I had a flood in my home and called Plumb-ALL. Arrived within 20mins. Dylan was extremely knowledgeable. He located the problem and fix it within the hour. He’s customer service was excellent and I will definitely call again if any issues arise. Thanks again.

**Warning***Wasn't on time, came late at night. Told me free estimate and he'll be happy to come after hours for free. He gave me a ridiculous high estimate. Told him I can't afford that. He threatened to call the police for estimate and after hours charge of $250. Finally settled on $500 for one leak. Used my glue and some parts. Eventually left me with no water and said he'll return at 8am . Meanwhile blowing smoke in my face and making me feel bad about the price. After he was bullying and threatening towards me. I'm a heart failure patient that was very sick with a rare strain of COVID-19 and he made me stand in the cold for two hours. Next morning 8am. He told me that he was going to be there by 10. Then changed to 12. Finally at 3pm he arrived. Still giving me hell about the price. And talking on the phone for directions Using my stuff and a pipe of his and a saw. He gets done and leaves around 5. I went to shower, the water is barely coming out. Can't even wash my hair right. I called customer service the woman felt bad about my experience. Said a plumber will contact me.I begged just not him.He was threatening,a bully and rude. I was sick alone, scared in the cold night with him. thirty seconds later he calls jumping down my throat. Mad and giving me feel scared. Said he turned down my water pressure almost off until I pay $900 dollars.***Responding to the managers message. He told me that doesn't sound like the guy who he knows.made it seem like it was my fault. After two days of emailing and talking. He sends a technician named Steven out. Just few minutes ago the manager said he would have Steven replace pressure control valve. So he can turn my water back up. The manager kept asking me. "Are you sure it wasn't like that before. Calling me liar .Steven goes under the house without equipment. After ten minutes, comes out. Said let's go check your water pressure. He had no idea he was supposed to replace the water pressure valve. Inside he checked my water pressure with a gage.I told him I was extremely worried. The previous awful guy said if he raised the water pressure the pipe he just fixed would bust. Steven said it should be fine. If he installed it right.But the valve needs replaced soon I asked him the cost. Said $550. I said the other guy said $900. he just shook his head and said no. Then he asked why a different name on the bill. I said that night I had half in cash and half on my card. The previous guy said he can't run two different payments. Steven said yes he could. So I had to use my mom's card. And then pay her back. I said how much to pump the septic tank. He said we don't pump septic tanks. He lied to me, told me $1,200 to pump it. We checked the shower fo pressure and it's good. Haven't tried it . I said are you sure it won't bust. cause the second day the guy was hereit busted three times. But he would give the glue 15 minutes then turn the water on. He said he should have waited 45mins. But he's inexperience. I was gathering information. Proof it wasn't me it was him. The night the other guy kept me in the cold for hours knowing I was sick with COVID-19. He sent my mom the wrong link twice. Kinda felt like payback torture for not meeting the original estimate .I kept wanting to go back inside but he said no notuntil the payment goes through. And I check my van for equipment which I dont think I have .Steven was nice and knowledgeable. But from speaking to the manager a prv was going to be installed. But no. Just a bolt turned to raise water pressure. Which is a $45 fee. Manager text me after and said I hope this makes up for it. He lied to me and thought it was enough to make things right. The manager acts like it was my fault and lies about the service call. please. Just so he'll look good on the reviews. I'm being pressured to take further action. That night was terrifying, for me. Changed personality so fast. Who knows what he's capable. If you hire them. Make sure your not alone and

Wow! Plumb-All is a company I would recommend to anyone! My house was in need of a new water heater and Plumb-All was able to install a brand new one the very next day! Stephen was the professional that installed our water heater and did an excellent job! He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and respectful of our home, and he communicated regarding the progress of the project. Our new water heater is awesome and working perfectly! We will use this company again!

Ben Hunt and his assistant Stephen did an outstanding job replacing my leaking supply line and installing a new water pressure regulator. They arrived when promised, diagnosed the problem, explained my options and when given the go-ahead set about performing the necessary work with speed and efficiency. Both Ben and Stephen exhibited superior communication skills, answering all questions patiently and explaining each step of the process in layman's terms. All in all, it was a superior experience!

After 2 holes in my wall and a $600 tab the problem still persists requiring me to pay more money for someone else to come. They were nice though but I would never spend money with them again nor refer to others. Also I think they price gouge as they charged me over $300 just to put caulk in one small area of my bathroom.

Ryan and Dylan were absolute life savers. They laid a whole new water in my very long front yard, even dealing with a nest of bees attacking them. These young men were excellent communicators and extremely hard workers. I honestly can’t say enough about how much I appreciated the job they did. I will definitely call them first for any other plumbing issues I ever have.

Steven H. was absolutely AMAZING!! I could not have hoped for a better person to come install my new toilet. He was professional, kind, informative, and you can tell he loves customer service!! We called at 2pm, and he was there at 4:00 ready to install our toilet! He not only installed our new toilet and hauled off our old one, but he was also explaining what he was doing and what to look for if something is wrong with a toilet!! We tried to fix ours ourselves, but failed. He didn't have to explain anything, but he did. He is super easy to talk to, and has a very welcoming and calm aura.
