I've been charged three completely different prices for the same pack of cigarettes at this location. The female employees need to realize that this is a place of business. Not their residence or one of their social media groups. It's truly embarrassing to our community.i wish they would go back to taking pride in their manners and appearances. The roller grill items are almost never ready in the morning. Why the consistent piss poor effort at this location?

Never receipts at the pump and the manager BJ doesn’t care, trash outside always full and the coffee section is a dirty mess, please stay away from this QT.

As a long-term resident of Jonesboro, I find it highly disrespectful that this establishment remains open despite the obvious complaints from many customers. Where do I even begin? There are never receipt papers in the pumps, and the card scanner never works. You have a better chance of winning on a scratch-off ticket than getting a receipt at the pump. This is extremely inconvenient, as I need all my gas receipts for my job, and having to walk inside for it is a nuisance. Since this is the nearest gas station to where I live, I have already complained to management multiple times only to be turned down and ignored. Furthermore, the staff is often rude and unhelpful, acting as though customers' concerns are not their problem. The cleanliness of the station is also subpar, with trash frequently overflowing and coffee stations found a mess. It is disappointing to see such a lack of care and responsibility from a business that should prioritize its customers' needs.

This QT needs to do better by the customer. There is no way a public bathroom in a 24hr QT should be closed from 11pm to 5 am. Ridiculous. If I could give them no stars that would be my real rating.

The culture of QT staff is changing! My family and I typically stop at this QT on Sunday after church for a few items from the kitchen. Today we initially placed 2 orders, and once at the register Tamajia told us all sandwiches had to be selected from the heat section of premade sandwiches because the cook was not there. Typically if something was not available we wouldn’t be able to select it on the kiosk. So I told her to cancel all the sandwiches on my order and just ring up the pizza. She then ask if I want the buffalo grilled chicken sandwich. I reminded her she just said all sandwiches were to be selected from the pre-made. She then said we can place an order for that….the communication was not clear and we could not order freely as we have before…my family typically get the brisket and pork sandwiches on Texas toast… today they were directed to get whatever was available in the heated area rather than getting the Texas toast version that was an available option on the kiosk. We probably should have left and went to the other QT store, but wanted to finish our Sunday routine before traveling.
