Terrible customer service I received from the elderly lady with a short golden blonde wig at the first register by the door . I went to purchase shower curtains and one particular curtain had a $1.00 on it so I politely asked the cashier is this a dollar she said No do you want it or not and I said no then she tossed it across the counter then I went to ask about another curtain and wanted to compare it to the other one she tossed . She instantly got an attitude and said Oh man Oh lord and started pacing around the register rudely. I decided to leave everything in the cart at her register and went on about my day. Customers are spending their hard earned money in these establishments if it wasn’t for customers Roses employees would not have hours to work! Treat people with respect if not don’t work a customer service job.

Today me and my elderly mother went into the store , had about 10 items in my shopping cart, i with to the cashier and ask if she would hold the buggy and we would be right back she said yes, then I told her it would be about an hour , she said oh no I can’t hold it that long, I said well we have a dentist appointment and will be back in an hour, she responded then you shouldn’t came shopping . So I tell my mom to come on and I said I’ll just leave this buggy here, then cashier came out from behind register and said oh so ya going to come in my store and just leave your stuff for me to put up, I said I told you I wanted the stuff and would be back for it.
Then she started running her mouth.
I can not believe anyone would act that way to a customer. And don’t know who she was referring to as Ya. At this point me and my mother left. I don’t think the 10 items in the buggy would have been in the way anywhere in the store.
She was having a bad day and took it out on us , how rude.

The cashier is Vivian She's nice and she always smiles when i come shopping there last week before i get to work to buy more work uniforms when I run out.

Every last employee in this store is old and bitter. The so call manager tells me I can’t exchange my merchandise that I have to have the monies returned to my card… ok fine!!! So I ask well if I didn’t have the receipt then what? I’m buying a lot more things then what I’m returning and she says I showed my receipt not answering my question. So the things I’m purchasing I say if I want to return them will I be able to exchange for the same item in a different size or will the money have to go back to card for same merchandise just different size. She couldn’t answer. I ask is the fitting room open she says yes and tells me to take my stuff and go and basically threw the stuff at me. LISTEN they better be glad they my grandma age or it was gonna be a major problem!!! ROSES THIS STORE NEEDS NEW EMPLOYEES!!!! These old ladies are bad for your business!!!!!

Today I shopped at this store and I was told by the store manager Billy Adams that I couldn’t have my service animal in the store with me. I’m disabled and is allowed under Georgia law to bring my service animal anywhere I want. He went on to explain that there is food in the store, Mr. Adams need to understand that service animals are allowed anywhere their handler is and they are also allowed around food if it’s already prepared and package.Georgia's laws and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) recognize that fact and allow Georgians with service dogs to take them to all public accommodations. Furthermore, staff can't ask to see your service dog's registration or papers. That's considered discrimination under the ADA and is a no-go in Georgia.Barbara the cashier refused to give me corporate number and when I asked to verify her name she hung the phone up. This store is sad and pathetic and I will be moving forward with a law suit, if I can’t received a call back from corporate in a timely manner
