I was selling my home and needed to store furniture really quickly until the new house was ready. KC was able to quickly provide a unit as soon as requested. I explained to her that I was not able to accompany my hired movers to the unit for drop-off. KC stepped in and help to supervise the movers on how I wanted items stored. When they were done she sent me photos of all my items neatly stored and secured. She also scheduled the key exchange and helped to make this process as easy as possible for me.
I owe her so much gratitude for how she helped me to navigate such a tense situation for me.

I first went to Public Storage—2 locations. No one was available for business, so I went down the street to Extra Space, and as soon as I walked in, Suzette’s Beautiful and Welcoming Spirit put me at ease immediately!!! She was professional, kind, funny, and just overall lovely! The process was simple and quick. THANK YOU, SUZETTE, and Extra Soace Storage!!!❤️💯💯💯

Miss KC!! Thank you for doing the Lords work!! Sometimes life throws us a curveball sometimes we get a divorce😢Sometimes we gotta relocate sometimes we gotta put our things in storage and ain’t nothing worse than being irresponsible and forget to pay your bill and next thing you know Allllllllll your prized possession is on an episode of storage wars. I can say that the lovely miss KC reaches out to me every month & make sure I pay my bill. I’ve dealt with a lot of ugly human beings in the storage business and I just want to say to Miss KC Thank you for being you!! 😁 Thank you for having good clean God type energy. You’re one more person that makes this world a better place thank you thank you thank you I’m forever and your debt.!!!!

I thought I had ran out of time but in the end I realized I still could get my storage unit after the office was closed with the online move in now option. I was excited to know I could pick my rental space out, pay my fees and sign my lease agreements and contracts as well as receive my space number and gate code all in one simple process. At the end I was able to move my stuff in with 15 minutes to spare before the gate was to be closed for entry. Thanks Storage Sense of Jonesboro for making this the best experience it possibly could be! P.S. I wasn't able to get my referral on the application and need help with that but all in all its a great experience.
