This location has the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while! The manager, Octavia, and her assistant, Keyerra, made my experience smooth, comfortable, and personal. I will highly recommend this place to anyone looking to store their items safely and securely.

Jesse did my move in and was incredibly helpful and communicative. After he left it was impossible to get in contact with someone at the front desk and often times would have to go in person to get any resolution which was inconvenient. I’m guessing they do not pay their employees enough because the turn over I saw in the few months was absolutely wild. Which is sad because everyone I’ve talk to is very kind. Octavia and Holly assisted with my move out and were efficient and helpful.
