“My car broke down on the way to an extremely important appointment. Fortunately, I was able to get my car to the next door parking lot. I met Dre, he greeted me with a smile. I was very stressed out. He was calm and kind. He helped me to figure out what my problem was and checked to see if they could fix my car. They were able to fix my car by the next day. What impressives me the most, is I found out when I picked my car up that Dre is a salesman there. He sells fine cars. But he owned my problem as if it was his own.
