What a horrible place and I thought the one in Riverdale was bad, if you're shipping a package you better have everything from tape to box they won't provide nothing they want you to buy everything, slow service long lines, female workers with bad attitude never smiling

Absolutely Unacceptable – 0 Stars If I Could
This post office on Main Street in Jonesboro is an absolute disgrace to the USPS. I haven’t received my mail in over two months, and we’re now entering month three of this nightmare. I purchased a new mailbox key thinking it would help resolve the issue, but it’s been nothing but a complete waste of my time, gas, and energy.
The staff are consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Every interaction feels like an inconvenience to them, not the other way around. After one of the workers rang the bell for the supervisor to speak with me, I waited 45 minutes, only to be blatantly ignored. No apology. No update. No resolution.
To make matters worse, my mail is being delivered to the wrong box, and my neighbors are constantly dropping off my personal and confidential mail. My regular carrier is the embodiment of apathy, unhelpful, careless, and seemingly indifferent to the basics of their job or the responsibilities that come with it.
This chaos is not only frustrating on a personal level, it is actively disrupting my business operations. The negligence, lack of accountability, and sheer disregard for customer service here are beyond unacceptable.
A formal complaint will be filed, and I strongly encourage anyone experiencing similar treatment to do the same. The leadership at this location needs a complete overhaul.

Truly, the most horrible customer service. I opened up a claim for a package that had yet to be delivered. I received a call from an associate at this location, and she lacked knowledge and common courtesy. You can really tell when people hate their job - and she was a prime example. I went on to tell her that I did not want my claim closed because I felt that it was not resolved, being that I still haven’t received my package, and she went on to tell me that she was going to close it anyway. Escalating the situation now. These employees have poor problem solving skills. Definitely recommend visiting a different location. I can’t imagine having to deal with these people in person.

TERRIBLE! NOT ONLY DO THEY IGNORE ALL PROTOCOL REGARDING WHOSE MAIL TO ACTUALLY DELIVER TO YOUR MAILBOX, BUT I WENT IN ONE DAY TO SEND A CERTIFIED RETURN RECEIPT LETTER. TURNS OUT, THE WINDOW CLERK NEVER AFFIXED THE RETURN RECEIPT BECAUSE THE TRACKING NEVER LEFT THE INITIAL SCAN. I WAS WONDERING WHYBI NEVER RECEIVED IT UPON DELIVERY! KINDA DEFEATED THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF SENDING THE BUSINESS LETTER! IF THESE FOLK DONT GET THEIR CRAP TOGETHER AND QUIT JUST COLLECTING A PAYCHECK, IT'S A GOOD CHANCE OF GETTING PRIVATIZED!

I just rushed to make it to the post office and arrived at 4:55 and the lady said “sorry our clock says 5p, we are closed.” Such a shame to see Civil Servants on tax-payer salary be so selfish and inconsiderate.

Had a package today that said out for delivery and came home to find that mail was in ny mailbox but tracking claims that they weren't able to access the delivery location which is my damn front porch! If you can deliver letters to my mailbox, then you can deliver my packages to my door! These re perishable food items and they will probably be bad by the time these lazy clowns decide to deliver it! I'd rather save myself the headache and pick my box up my damn self 😡😡😡
