this is by far the worse Walgreens I've ever been to, the lady with the short hair and accent is so rude an the guy with the glasses literally told me he wasn't filling my prescription because he was tired an ready to go, I have 1.7 million followers on tiktok and I will be postlong the video of how bad this place is, they literally ignor you when you first get in for 5 minutes atleast, I could also hear one young lady on the phone in the back swearing extremely loud, at the end of the day they didn't fill my prescription so it was a complete waste plus I was having a light asthma attack while there an really needed my inhaler, please do not come to this Walgreens, they'll hear from me soon

Always a line, inside and outside. Ridiculous, they should either hire more employees or just shut the pharmacy down. I've been here 4 times, and every time I'm waiting no less than 45 minutes inside and the drive thru. I won't be using this location again

I live in Georgia and my mom came from PA for a family visit. She got her 3 prescriptions thru Rite-Aid. Since all the Rite-Aid around GA are closed and sold to Walgreens. I called the store above @ beginning of the week and asked if I can have my mom prescriptions transfer . The pharmacist lady gathered all my info and said that they will have to call Rite-Aid and request for transfer and will notify me via phone message when the prescriptions are ready. Few days went by and no message. So I called back. Waiting on the line for 30 min. A difference pharmacist this time a man answered. I explained my situation and he look up the status and said they got 2 out of 3 and still waiting for Rite-Aid to send over paper work for the last prescription. So he will call them again. Waited till next day still no update from Walgreens. So I called back. Waited on the line again for about 25 min and I supposed to be next up in line. This is getting close to 1:30 PM local time. A recorded message came up and said it lunch time so they drop the call. Wow really. After all that times waiting. Surely I'm not a happy customer. OK I have no choice and called back after lunch break. Waited another 30 more min. What a waisted of a day. This time the original day 1 lady picked up. Cause I recognized her voice. She got that native island accent. She told me that she tried to call Rite-Aid but no one answered and told me that if I wanted to have it move quicker I can call Rite-Aid and ask them to send the paper work over. I said you told me that you have to call them and she hung up on me. Wow this is how Walgreens personnel would treat their customer? I'm very disappointed the kind of customer service provided. But my mom came down to her last two bills. So I had to called Rite-Aid. After spoke with Rite-Aid personnel they explained that I can't call them. Walgreens pharmacist have to call them or I can call the doctor and ask them to write a new prescriptions for Walgreens. Rite-aid told me that they are available to pick up the phone if Walgreens call them back.It take a week and all the going around in circle to try to get a prescriptions refill via Walgreens. This is a hug regret. I should have never reach out to Walgreens. CVS will be my going forward for all my family prescriptions instead. I will sure to relate this experience with all my other relative.I also submitted an online complaint to Walgreens cooperate.

The pharmacy is very unprofessional and they NEVER EVER have my prescription and alway have a negative attitude. I am a disabled young lady and I don’t appreciate the inconvenience nor the disrespect. I have came here 7x’s and ever time, they give me the hardest time I’m going through enough. I don’t need there attitude too

They are very slow. I know when going to pharmacies you have to be patient but they are BEYOND SLOW. If you call you’ll be on the phone for 20 minutes before you talk to anyone. & I hope you aren’t in dire need of your medication cause you gone croak waiting on it.

Not the pharmacy you want to visit if you value timely and professional service. This was my second time visiting this pharmacy and bitty times I waited over 30 minutes to be addressed at all. Then, I waited 40 more minutes to be told they did not have the prescription. Ridiculousness.

What a bunch of racist employees, not only was I cut off by a customer in line with nothing being said to them by the cashier, but while standing there with a cane in pain trying to buy Tylenol, the cashier after ringing up the rude lady walked away with me standing in line and helped someone else not of my color. This is unacceptable, you shouldn't have a job treating people like this.
