This was the worst customer experience. I was humiliated by manager Robin J in front of all the guest in line because of a simple price check. On Feburary 22, 2024 at 6:25pm, I went in to purchase water. I went with smart water because it was advertised on sale for 2 for $5 inside the store on 2 END CAP locations. When the cashier rung up my items, it came up to 2 for $6. I simply asked Robin J to honor the sale of 2 for $5 that was advertised her 2 END CAPS , she got upset and had an agressive attuudte towards me. She said in front of all the customers I was being GREEDY and would she would only honor the sale on some of my smart waters and not all. I even walked Robin J and another employee to the the end cap that had the adverisement 2 for $5, and it didn't matter to her. She didn't even have the courtesy to apologize. As a former manager of Walgreens, it is the store's responsibility to update signs periodically and when necessary to avoid FALSE ADVERTISMENT. This employee needs to seriously be trained repeatedly on professionalism, being respectful and honoring her store's advertisements. This is the best way to lose a good customer! I will never patronize this Walgreens AT Tara Blvd. again! On February 23, 2024, I called back to Walgreens to speak to the Store Manager about my concern and I was told by Brittany to call back in a week because Store Manager Janice was on vacation. The lack and absence of accountability at this store is very disappointing!

This new staff with the pharmacy is nothing but terrible and extremely rude and insensitive I will be going to another Walgreens I’ve heard the one in Fayetteville was nice.

Omg ? what is really going on at this location, numerous 1 star ⭐️ reviews with no response to customer’s concerns. This location needs to close their doors permanently because the staff doesn’t answer the phones, they do not care and they keep telling you the doctor didn’t fax over the prescription when in fact they did. Please do better, is there a supervisor that manages these lazy staff? The worst location ever. Smh ?♀️

The time spent to get one vaccine was ridiculous. The worker also had a sarcastic attitude so this didn’t make the wait any better. Please get more workers

I no longer bother through the pharmacy. Walgreen Corporation obviously doesn't care evidently from all the number of complaints from these nasty, ignorant medical and customer care dis-employees. I'll move back to CVS until I can move to a community that hires people who actually WANT to work & CARE about customers who are paying. As soon as Walgreen cares that they're losing real $$$, they'll start to appreciate us consumers.

Always a line, inside and outside. Ridiculous, they should either hire more employees or just shut the pharmacy down. I've been here 4 times, and every time I'm waiting no less than 45 minutes inside and the drive thru. I won't be using this location again

They are so slow and messed up my prescriptions several times.I've been coming here for 20 years and they just keep getting worst and worst, I need to go to CVS or somewhere else.

It's so sad when you are mistreated at a pharmacy. This is a medical environment where people coming are going through things and to always be treated like you are a bother and irrelevant is sad. As the other customer stated I will be going elsewhere as I've been meaning to do for sometime now. Truly a hot mess always.

I came here to purchase an item I saw on there website for 1.99. I get there shortly after they open and located the item for 2.49. I had price on my phone to request a price match and the cashier acted d*** founded like she didn't know what that meant. So I requested the manager to approve the transaction as this was the same item. The item online was not on sale either, just a .50 cent difference. The manager comes over and looks at my phone and tells me I need to go purchase online using their online coupon code in order to get .50 cents off and she briskly walks away. Annoyed at this point I purchased the item letting the cashier know she was wrong and she had no idea what she was talking about. Why would you tell me to go online to buy a minimum of $30 just to get 15% off. I'm already in the store trying to get one item. I call corporate and was told they do indeed have a store match policy as long as the item is not on sale at Walgreens! I already knew this I just needed clarification and I reported the store for not following protocol. Apparently the manager does not know her store policies and procedures. Later that day I returned the item and had the policy on their website ready to show on my phone where it states the same thing corporate told me. Its sad how they try to get over customers. All this over .50, I refuse to let these stores feel like they have one up on me. You wouldn't be in business if its not for us, especially in your neighborhood.The next day I went to Walgreens on hwy 85 and had no issue getting the same item for 1.99, I even got two.

Shamil and Trice are outstanding workers. Shamil assisted me professionally and properly tonight . Great personality. I will continue to come to this Walgreens if these two ladies work assistance was A1.

A cashier named trice short changed my son who has disabilities and when confronted refused to give him his change back which was 2.76$ this Walgreens desperately needs new management.

This Walgreens & the two African American females behind the photo counter are beyond ghetto & obviously don’t want their jobs. I watched them ring up items for 1 cent for themselves while waiting on a photo magnet that they said was thrown away because there was no customer name. The photo order was placed on 06/13. After they left, another sensible employee checked my phone number for the order & magically the order was found by him. Please get BAPS from behind the photo counter because they obviously don’t want to do their jobs.
