They left a note in my mail box claiming the package is too heavy, that I would have to come pick it up. It's only 20 pounds.

I lived in Juliette for 15 years and I avoid this place like the plague! Service is terrible and always attitude and had to go by there today and they've changed their hours and don't let anybody know! FYI the hours posted on the door or 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and no longer reopen in the afternoon... This place is a joke

If I could leave a zero I would!!! Not only are they extremely rude everytime you call, they never deliver packages correctly. Then they promise to meet you so you can get packages & at the time of said promise they turn off their cell phones and completely ignore you. Worst attitudes EVER. Worst service EVER.
