They cancelled my pickup order! I received a message that the order was delayed. I was waiting for the ready update but no they cancelled without an explanation ?. Why offer this service and not hold staff responsible for fulfilling the orders?!

I love the Dollar General Store, they're inexpensive and always have everything you need, mostly great customer service and very friendly. I would recommend them to everyone ????

Long line of people in checkout and they only had self checkout open. 2 employees were sitting in office. Will not be back anytime soon

Literally just left from there and when I was checking out, a rude woman (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) but it was on 7/15 around 1:45pm, decide to talk bad about me, how I was about to "take all the money from the register" when asking for $40 cashback and then proceeded to scoff and slam the register closed. I apologized to her and she handed me my change and said "mhm". and then I left. She is lucky that she caught me on a good day because I would've called her out on her rudeness. Very unprofessional.

I didn't get the young man's name but I was in there on 4/1/22 5pm this young man's customer service was the best. I have never had any customer service at any DG. Need more like him
