Customer service either on phone or in-store sucks. This used to be a great store - unsure what happened to it. Employees no longer take the time to help you find something - but point in general direction of items and God forbid if you call. I ordered 50 pieces of 16' long composite decking to be delivered, they shorted me by one. I have tried to give the benefit of doubt but after a week corosponding back and forth with them, they have yet to make good on the one board they shorted me.
