I’ve had the best experience with Mark and his crew. He turned a complete nightmare in to an easy process. He was there to answer any and all questions, explained things and made me feel at ease. His crew, I could not ask for better service than what I’ve had. Completely happy and satisfied. My house is beautiful!!!!!

I was very pleased with the service I received from ServPro and Samson Group. Mike Cohen was the first person that I met. He brought a wonderful crew, Eddie and Mike Z. They were extremely professional with their work and attitude. Gary and Richie were the ones that put my house back together. They were the hardest workers I’ve ever dealt with and did an excellent job replacing my flooring, drywall and painting. They went above and beyond to make sure I would be happy with the end product. Cody was also very patient with all of my requests and concerns.

This group did an amazing job in our home. Our home was built in 1998 and they made it look brand new!! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We will 100% hire them again for any future work. Mark was great to work with and he really made this remodel an easy process. If you’re in between several businesses to choose from, take my word and choose Samson group, you will not regret it!

Mark has been awesome to work with during the repair efforts after a devastating water leak in my home. He has been responsive to all requests and inquiries, working as quickly as possible with the crew's availability to minimize the time out of my home and the impacts to my busy schedule.

Samson's crew did a fantastic job of rebuilding and rewiring my storage shed. The team of Kelvin, April and Brian replaced framing that was damaged by termites and dry rot. In addition, they replaced the flooring and walls, stabilized the footings, and replaced receptacles, lights and switches. Their restoration work saved me from have to buy and build a new structure.
