I am happy to say that the courteous and professional service I received from Erika and Antuan during "EVERY" visit, was truly a blessing. While going through a major transition in my life where I needed to rent storage spaces and moving trucks, it was so refreshing to deal with such knowledgeable, patient, and kind representatives of UHAUL. It made me feel confident I'd chosen the right facility for my needs and that this business was worth me spending my time and money with them.

The whole setup is tidy and organized. Gated, well-lit easy in-and-out off of South Houston Lake (when headed toward Warner Robins). Customer service with a smile and a check-in process of fewer than 5 minutes. Very impressed, very pleased!

The GM, Erika Askew, at this property was the most helpful person we have had ANYWHERE since returning to the United States! She instantly felt like family and was extremely professional. She helped us with both a unit and a truck with a quick and easy process and we were able to get on our way! I am so thankful we chose this location! Thank you Erika!

The manager is Todd he is so friendly, professional and very informative. He was the highlight of having to move. The place is very clean, secured with cameras and gated access (operational during certain hours), and the price isn't bad either. Overall great place because of great management.

Inside job theft! Our lock was cut off and replaced with one of their locks. They claimed the "thief" got a hold of the locks that the manager had a key to and put it on themselves...Thousands of dollars worth of items stolen. Washer and dryer, furniture, kitchen utensils, rugs you name it. Cameras didn't work at the time or the gate codes. Several other units were broken in to and none of them including mine had insurance coverage. After the police came they got the cameras working and the gate codes fixed. When I went there to get something out of it and my lock was gone I went to the front to get the manager.....Todd. When I asked him why my lock was cut off he was shaking and could barely get the key in HIS lock when I asked him to open my unit. Absolutely do not recommend!
