If I could give a -50 stars I would this company lies they're not upfront about their policies they let you do the whole credit application and then decide if they're going to deliver to you or not and then when you try to get regional manager to call you back you're supposed to call you back in 24 hours they don't they wait 2 to 3 days so make excuses and then they're nice in the phone and say they're gonna do what they say they're gonna do and then they completely go back on their wordand they never send email updates or call you back like they're supposed to and this is only half of what I went through

They have had our dishwasher for over a month now and I've called The Corporate office number repeatedly "twice today" and everyone at Corporate and the Columbia tn. Store will not call us back!!

Yes we as customers choose to make monthly payments for our products we purchase from Aaron’s because some are not able to pay full price out of pocket so we do pay more than paying cash price, but we don’t choose attitude, to be spoken to like dirt, to be missed informed, nor do we choose to be disrespectful. All employees may not be this way but the few cause the overall to look bad. I won’t refer anyone to this company. If I could have given no star that’s exactly what I would have done.

These are the worst employees that work at AARONS!!!!! They broke my furniture and were filming my personal residence as I was moving. When I asked them to stop photographing and leave my home and they refused to leave! They are hiring anybody nowadays to deliver furniture that breaks easily! After this incident, they refused to move my furniture and left it on the curb! Run fast!

I recently ordered a bedroom set from the Forest Ms location and upon delivery the guys said they couldn't leave the merchandise bc of bedbugs! never in my life have i had a bedbug nor have i ever seen one. so I called the store and spoke with some guy who went on and on about what i should do to get rid of them! so I'm absorbing all his mess in while texting my dad to come check out my pre owned mattress to see if he sees any bedbugs and as i figured no bedbug in site! a household cockroach or two but NO BEDBUG! Then he stated how his staff is trained to recognize certain insects CLEARLY THEY ARE NOT! i then had my pest control guy come look and again NO BEDBUGS IN SIGHT! so the receptionist called to tell them and she said the guy she spoke with was a complete asshole. I see now why everyone says they do not deal with Aarons!!

I canceled my account over a month ago and they just took $200 off my card without permission it was everything I had! They called me over 30 times after I canceled my account still asking for payments! What the hell is going on over there?!

THE HENDERSON NC STORE IS SO DISRESPECTFUL I HAVE NEVER HAD A COMPANY ANSWER THE PHONE YEAAA LIKE THEY IN THE HOOD, told me and my daughter off like we. was on the street I called cooperate nothing done so I will not be giving any ever they keep hanging up at the cooperate office all I'm trying to do is settle and never deal with them again

Never shopped with you all. Im glad I haven’t went on your website to look at buying a PS5 and you only allow people to buy it in payments and it will end costing over $2000 dollars for something thats $500 original price. You all are disgusting and should be ashamed of yourself. How do sleep at night ripping people off. You are basically a legal mafia. You all are so unethical. A business like you should be shutdown.

i have been with the arrons here in bay city michigan for almost 2.5 yrs everything was ok till mi rented a hisense tv from them that for some reason kept resetting it self i reported about a couple dozen times to the employees of the store but was always told to reset it myself them it will stop never did i finally got the tv repaired i thought but it quit work all together all it shows is the power light now and the funny thing is the tv is paid off now interesting. another problem happened about 3 months ago when the manenger for some reason had my number as some one else and for some reason i was being called and threatened to have my stuff removed because of a bounced check from this person after approximetly after several weeks i finally got them to realize he had my information wrong and i was not the person who had the bounced checks no apologise from the store. now today i went to pay off some of my bill because of some back payment issues with my check my wife called tried to pay the bill while i was taking care off some other bussiness and the manenger stated he will call us back he did tonight at approxiemetly 7 pm but my wife tried answering but heard some one in the back ground using poor language and then hung up. i feel afetr this next set of items i am paying for will be my last i feel this store should be checked and it's employees spoke with harshly to get them to realize they are loosing customers because of the poor customer relations it has after i am comepletly paid off i will be seeking out rent a center or another option here in michigan. thank you George Crawley

I emailed and sent feedback on 4/26/22 regarding my purchase. I received a reply email I'd heard from someone in 24 hours, we have had no response from any of Aaron's Rentals employees. Nobody has contacted me about my concerns. I emailed you on 4/26/22. I was told two different things by employees and because of them not knowing protocol it cost me extra money I don't have and if that would've been the case I would have made my purchase elsewhere. I don't know If I was lied to just to make the sale by your employee or if they are incompetent with their job duties. I had to hire and pay a 3rd party to fix my issue with the dryer I purchased with Aaron's Rental, the least your company could do to make it right is to deduct the $150.00 I paid out of pocket it cost me from the price of the Washer & Dryer set or skip one month payment for us. I'm hoping you can rectify this issue and make it right for my family and I.

went to Aaron's in Somerset KY after my fiance got a switch for our daughter for Christmas. I wanted to upgrade our TV to a larger size for my fiance for Christmas. Being low on cash I decided to go through Aaron's because they offered a $5 first payment deal. I was approved for up to $197 monthly payments online. I went in and explained my situation to the sales man and he told me it would be no problem. He had me do all the paperwork and when it came time to pay the five dollars he asked me if I could do $30 in stead of $5. He said it helped them feel better about the liability. Not having 30 dollars on me I told him I could go get it and come right back. I went to the pawn shop up the road and sold my tools and got the rest of the money and returned about twenty minutes later. When I approached him with the money he then told me that the only way they could do it is if they delivered it the following day. I told him that wouldn't work because I would be at work and she would be home and she would know what her Christmas gift was. We had already started a lease for the Nintendo switch and was making payments so they had no reason to believe we wouldn't pay. Now I am out the tools I had to sell and the gas It took to make the 45 minute trip not to mention the humiliation I felt when they turned me down. I think I'm going to go file a lawsuit. This isn't the first time this has happened. Yes I'm contacting my attorney today.

Be very careful of this company and privacy laws. I Am NOT an Aaron's customer and after the trouble I have had with them today will never be. They called me looking for a coustmer. The lady on the other end was rude and hateful. Tried telling me stuff about the customer and I hung up. Privacy concerns for sure. Will be asking questions. Especially when nobody wanted to talk about it.
