Caliber Collision at Moon Station has THE best team! I’ve taken my car here twice for repairs and would definitely choose them again if ever needed. The ladies in the office are so nice and accommodating. Aerica has gone above and beyond! Car stuff is always stressful but they made the whole situation way easier to handle. Excellent service, excellent communication, excellent team!

Aerica went above and beyond for taking care or my vehicle and situation. i almost went to another location but im so lucky i came here and she helped out. Super personable too , but all the staff is friendly and helpful as well! But def Aerica's show , my car come out looking brand new which is the most important part at the end of the day. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Hi there!
After the car accident we brought our car to Caliber Collision in Kennesaw. The car had bumper and headlight damaged. The guys were so nice with us, explained everything we wanted to know. During the time our car was at the body shop, they often updated us with the information about the repairing process. After everything was completed our car looks brand new! We appreciate all the Caliber Collision Team. Big thanks to Erica Klein, who was extremely professional, passionate and kind!

Exceptional service from Caliber Collision!! Aerica was my Customer Service agent who took command of my repair issue when I arrived. I was told the repair would take 5 days, however, I got in back in 3 days! After taking it home I noticed a few blemishes and called back. Aerica responded immediately and told me to bring it back. She even met me in the parking lot of Caliber and addressed my concerns on the spot! I highly recommend these guys! Very professional and efficient!

I took my vehicle in for repairs due to an accident which wasn't my fault. Caliber collision did an amazing job. They fixed everything on the vehicle and did an amazing paint job on it. They kept me informed on what they were doing to the vehicle and what parts needed to be replaced. The team was very professional. Thank you Dale and Erica for your help and to the receptionist Ms Figueroa which was very sweet and kind. I will most definitely recommend this body shop to my friends.

I have had TWO great experiences with Caliber Collision. The first was an insurance-covered repair, and Caliber did a good, solid job on the work.
More recently I brought my SUV in for a smaller repair, but their staff was so great to work with I believe it calls for a review. Aerica Hicks, in particular was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in getting me the repair I needed.
